I mentioned somewhere on this site (but I could not find my orignial post) that I have problems watching some of the old videos, actualy, I think this and part 2 are the only ones that I have trouble with, I am trying to work my way through them to see if there are any more that have the same issue.
It does seem that it is only the very old ones, so it is no big deal. But for some reason, on my computer at home and at work (which are not connected at all) when I play them, after about 40 secs in the screen goes black and I only have the sound.
Just thought I'd let you know.
Regards.

Hello, I have one question about cardio. I do a jogging one time per week (about 1H15) and I would like some advice of the rythm I should take. I heard that if I run slowly I burn more fat.. What do you think of that ? I would like to burn fat so it is better to mix fast and slow run or slow all the time or fast all the time
What do you think ?

Congratulation for all your workouts.
Bye!!

Zuzana, I have a question about jumpropes. I got a classic one today, but there were a lot of different kinds such as speed, and ones with weights, and you probably know those kinds. But what is the best kind of jump rope for exercising? Or are they for different types of workouts?
