Hardcore Circuit 2 – Exercises for biceps, triceps and abs
Remember your goal is to do as many reps as you can for each exercise, starting at a minimum of 10 reps and work your way up to 100. Barbie weights are for this type of workout perfectly acceptable. Don’t be fooled by the light weights used in this workout, there is a reason why I called this circuit hardcore :)
