Hardcore Circuit 2 – Exercises for biceps, triceps and abs

Remember your goal is to do as many reps as you can for each exercise, starting at a minimum of 10 reps and work your way up to 100. Barbie weights are for this type of workout perfectly acceptable. Don’t be fooled by the light weights used in this workout, there is a reason why I called this circuit hardcore :)

    zuzan u can make a great wrestler …..u have a great body….u can use ur arms for a great side headlock or dose legs for a nice headscissors…..u shud give a try i think u can beat up even men in da ring

    i reccommend running around with one of those big rocks, that will really work the cardio.

    Hi Zuzana,

    Can you recommend a stretch for the shins? After I run distances longer than 5 miles, my calves and shins are on fire! Is there a way to help avoid pain in the shins?

    Gina, general rules are that you should exhale during exertion. Your core and abs should be tight when performing basically any exercise.

    i am going to gym almost 4 times a week and doing workout each time 1 hour and half but not getting the result that i realy want.it has been years that i am doing work out.
    No matter how much abb exercise i do it does not sore at all is this ok?
    and still i have love handles which i hate it.

    HI Nancy, why don’t you try my workouts and follow my advice? Women from all over the world are writing me every day how happy they are about their results by following my routines that you can do at home. You don’t need to spend an hour and half working out. Most important is to workout frequently and change it up from one day to another to avoid plateau. Changing the intensity and exercises from day to day will also help you to avoid overtraining or injury. Read through the Fitness F.A.Q.’s – that will help you to get on the right track ;) And don’t forget about your eating habits. Diet is important. I have a lot of advice on the site so make sure you read through it.

    I’m french and I found youre wedsite via my Ipod. Youre exercices are very interesting. I’ll try them.
    My objectif is to make a body like your. I’m not too fate but there’s even fat, and that’s my problem cause my weight is high (70kG) what is an handicap for me.
    I’m fitness coach, and that’s for my job i had to sculpt my body, cause it’s by its i’ll have more influence.
    I’m sportiv and andurance.
    Please can you help me to have my objectif? Can you give me a week trainer exemple?

    hi Zuzana
    my husband stumbled onto your website. I am in a rutt…i desperately waant to get into shape. I have gotten so lazy after having our2 yr old. I used to run all the time and do alot of kick boxing. I dont do much anymore time is limited. Running used to be a religious thing for me, now im lucky if i get 10 k done in a week? I have luv handles and i hate them, i havent been able to get into an effective routine. Please Help.

    Hey Zuzana,
    I was wondering, when you workout the triceps, to work it more and build more muscle, do u increase the size of the weight? Such as start out with 5 lbs. then 10 lbs.?

    I really love your workouts – they make me work hard. The good thing is I can also see how hard you are working and how hard it is for you but you don’t give up. Thank you Zuzana – you don’t pretend it is easy and your struggle to complete some of the exercises is in no way off-putting – if anything it inspires me more!

    wow…i have come across your workouts..and they are very intense..i love them!i try to do what you do in them..but i never know if im in right position of if im doin them wrong..should i be sore the next day?If im not,does that mean im doing them wrong?and may i ask how much you weigh?im not being personal..i just want to know if im in shape enough to try to keep up with you..im about 128lbs..and im trying so hard to lose 8lbs and have a rock hard bod!and can you please tell me how many reps total i should be doing with every exercise??thank you so much!you look great!your my goal!!

    Hi,- found your blog while looking for exercise/fitness ideas. I am more interested in toned abs as opposed to having “washboard abs” – is there any program/exercise you think can of ? can the “ab” regimen here be tailored to lesser goals.

    I want to begin by saying how great you are and I appreciate all your advice. I have a question for you…I’m confused on how I should lift weights. I’m thin but I want to get toned arms (like yours!) Should I lift heavier weights and do less reps to gain more muscle, or is it better to do light weights and more reps (like in this video). My arms are about your size, but I don’t have muscle lines. Thank you!

    I do work out, but stay in my comfort zone. Should I be working intense so that I cant move the next day? I have graduation coming up (in 3 Months) and I have a dress that is a bit too tight! I can tell I have abs, but there is quite the layer of fat on top. I really need the full Body workout, but dont want to gain lots of muscle. Just lose the body fat! My main problem areas are: Stomach, back, butt, and inner thighs. What do you best suggest for me? Also, I dont have that great of endurance.
