Core Workout 7: with stability ball

Moving along to part 7 of this full body workout with the stability ball – this video really shows how the stability ball activates your core muscles to keep you balanced while you are exercising. That is why we are using the exercise ball – it’s not because it’s trendy or cool – it’s because as soon as you start working out with the ball your muscles are engaged. The stability ball has become one of my favorite pieces of home gym equipment. It is so versatile, and you can do so many things with it – and the best part is you should be able to find one for under $15. If you are considering buying a bench to workout with, I would recommend starting with a ball and dumbells.
