I remember what you said about the effects of Interval cardio, giving the example of the Tabata protocol. It&#039;s incredible to know that just a short time to get good results.
For this series of 40 minutes can be said to be type circuit, those who do in bodybuilding? And this training as the 20 minutes of training (Tabata) has the same effect to lose weight and tone up?
