There are 4 exercises in this part. Do 20 regular squats (try to get as much down with your butt as possible), 20 mini squats, 20 deadlifts and 20 bent over rows.
Go through this exercise combo 2 times WITHOUT taking a break. Keep it moving.
If you don’t have a bar, use dumbells. Keep hydrated – make sure you drink water after you finish this workout combo. If you are beginner and holding weights offers to much of a challenge then go hands free and just use your own body weight for resistance.
If you missed part 1 of this exercise series you can find it here.

Thanks for putting something together that is so streamlined I can’t wait to try it out for my next workout. (also like the tweaks to the site template. Small changes, but they make a big difference)
Nicole
This is slightly off topic, but I was just wondering what brand is the sports bra your wearing? They look really comfortable and I have a hard time finding a good low cut sports bra.
Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv
I don’t think that this is out of topic. I think that it helps to have nice and comfortable clothes for your working out. It always helped me to feel better when I had some pants for example that had nice cut and made my bum look nicer and smaller :) I bought my bras in lululemon. Their stuff is not exactly cheap, but it is worth it.

Great workout so far! I’m very excited about finding your site. I hope to see more information on your everyday diet too. I try eating a little bit of everything and it seems to be working for me, but it’s usually nice to see what others do too.

Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv
You can use dumbbells. I have never heard of chest presses having that kind of effect :)

how tall are you, and how much do you weigh i know that just being skinny isnt that great but being toned is good. im not skinny but id like to look fit and toned. so how long did it take you to get to this level of fitness. thanks.
Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv
Hi,
I am 166cm tall and I my weight is 54,5 kg. I started to take my fitness seriously when we started this site which was at the beginning of June 2008. My overall weight hasn’t change tho. What has changed is the percentage of my body fat and the amount of lean muscle tissue that I have put on so my body looks slimmer and tighter.
Best,
Zuzana

Zuzana:
First time visiter to your site. Didn’t realize the squats and deadlifts were part of a whole 40 minute workout but I tried this sequence by itself. Liked how even relatively light weights yielded a good sweat. I threw in a short warm up and 10-15 minutes of ab exercises at the end. Thanks for putting together the workout videos!

How on earth is it possible to combine legs with back? Actually 3 exercises of legs with one of back. Strange things…

For some reason Whenever i eat cereal I feel guilty because of the milk I drink (2% LOWFAT) Does anyone have that same isssue?
By the way Zu. do you ever drink alcohol? by the looks of it, i dont see any indication that you drink anything but water.. I love my minute maid Orange juice.. And to kill cravings i eat cold oranges, the tongues reaction to something cold and juicy tends to dissolve any of my cravings..
