Core Workout 9 – Exercises for Back and Obliques

Here is part 9 of the Core Workout Series. If you missed the first 8 exercises in this workout you can review them here. There will be 11 exercise videos in this series ( I realize that initially I had planned on 14 parts, but part 11 will have 4 exercises).

I started out this series repeating each combo 2-3 times, but there is another way to get through this workout in less time and still make it very effective. If you don’t have a lot of time, and you want to speed things up then just do each exercise combo once. There are quite a few exercises in this workout, and even if you don’t repeat the combos and just do them once you will still get a really good workout for your core.
