For example should I do 1-6 all at the same time?

You can do weight training in the morning and jumping jacks in the afternoon or the other way around if you like. Try different things for cardio instead of the jumping jacks all the time to give your training some variety.</description>

I also take whey protein. I dont eat meat and fish only vegetarian fake meats.
