		<description>Hey Zuzana!!! I have been following your workouts religiously for the past 2 weeks! I feel like I stumbled upon gold! I have questions also, I do not know if there is a specific place to post them or not, if so, please let me know, if not I will just post them here... I am 23, 5&#039;4&quot;, 120 lbs....I am small and in a little better than average shape I would say. I was much bigger and lost the weight, now my problem areas are my triceps and the inner and outter sections of my thighs....I can NOT whip them into shape! They look fine, but as much as my boyfriend and I work out, its still noticable to me. Also, I lost my bum :(....I dont mind extra work or different food or whatnot, as long as I can get the firm round muscle I am missing. I ran track in high school and used to have the muscle there and now I cant seem to get it back! Please help!! Ill be checking this religiously for your response! Or any responses will be welcome! Also, I eat very healthy, not much meat, at all, but black coffee , sometimes almond milk also, water, Bananas and Myofusuion Protein shakes, salad, fruit, and pasta and some cheeses...any help!?!
