Butt and Abs Workout part 3

Both of these exercises will work to tone your abs and butt at the same time which makes these exercises very efficient. As an added benefit, the plank exercise will also strengthen and tone your legs. If you don’t have a set of dumbbells, you can just use your hands. Form is very important for this exercise. Make sure that your arms are straight, and that your hands line up directly under your shoulders. It is more important to have proper form then to speed through your sets. You can get the most benefit out of these exercises by practicing proper form.

    :) I love the butt and abs routine!as i’m already very slim I feel like these are the most important parts for me to work on…….so i get compliments:) I also do some for my arms , so i can carry my grocery shopping bags…LOL

    I’m sure you have lots of comments to reply to, but I’d be very very grateful if you could reply to mine.
    I have become very depressed lately with my bum. It isn’t big or flabby, it’s the opposite. It’s very flat. And I do squats but with no results, I have become discouraged. Are these going to enlarge my butt? Cause I don’t want to make it smaller. I want a nice round bum that protrudes. I’m willing to work VERY hard for it, but I don’t know what to do? I know a lot of it has to do with genetics, but it’s a muscle! There must be SOMETHING I can do?
    If there’s nothing I can do, then I’ll have to turn to surgery, which is expensive and has risks so…if there’s anything you could suggest, I’d be very grateful!
