Hi…I’d also like to co-sign on doing a video of you stretching..If one’s already been done, please disregard this message. I truly appreciate this site. It’s motivating me to start my workout and get fit. I’m slim naturally, but definitely not flexible and not fit as of the time this message is being written. Hopefully, by summer I can come back and start to say otherwise.

    :)

    Hi, love the videos
well a little about me first, i’m a few extra pounds overweight and have started to work out but since i’ve not been active (sports) for a few years, i’ve been cramping up along my rib cage on my left side (right handed) long after my workout

so my question is…. how can i stop from cramping up?
some days i do some stretches and the cramps go away but some days i cramp up while stretching… earlier today i was cramping up with my arm hanging in normal position then i stretched by lifting arm but then the other muscle group started to cramp WHAT AM I DOING WRONG….
and Yes i do stretch to warm up

thank you for your time :)

    P.S.

do you videos available for download?
