Core Workout Video 10: Cross Leg Extension Exercise.

For this exercise, the more you resist the movement with your top leg the harder the leg on the bottom will work. You control the level of resistance, so make sure that there is always enough tension coming from that top leg to make this exercise a challenge. It is also important to keep up on your finger tips. The less weight that you have on your hands the more you are going to tone and strengthen your back and improve you overall balance and agility.

    CONGRATULATION!! a great body like yours need to dedicate a lot of daily work and good spirit, and that it’s not easy to foud, you are an inspiration!!
    In one of your videos I saw you drink a lot of coffee all days, be careful just drink one in the morning if you like it that much, let your body have the control of your body at all. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Have a nice day!

  11. This is interesting…I’d like to know what you would advise in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding muscle?
