The last part of my core workout routine contains 4 exercises that are all targeting the core, abs, arms, shoulders and chest – so basically your upper body. If you are not strong enough yet to do the push ups, than just do the first exercise because just walking out to the push up position is a great way to build up your strength and stability.
If regular push ups on the floor are no longer challenging for you, the ball push ups will add significant core challenge to your workout. The further you walk out over the ball, the tougher the exercise will be. Make sure that you maintain perfect alignment before you make another step forward.
I hope that you will enjoy the whole Core Workout routine with balance ball and that it will bring you some nice results that you will be proud of.
Best,
Zuzana.

Hi, I’m Mike from Paris, France. I have been waching your amazing videos since a few months.
You and your beautyfull body inspired me to train harder and more frecuently.now I can see the results in the mirror specially on my abs, I have really toned up them.
so thx, and I will be very happy if I can share with you some pics so you can see my change, so maybe I can talk to you in the MSN or something, keep in touch!
Hi Z,
Thanks for the great workout tips. I was glad to see that someone else has the same problem that I do – and by problem I mean that the stability ball likes to roll away during those pushups. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Hi!
how can I get rid of tummyfat? I have been working out for over three months and I am naturaly thin, but I have a thin layer of fat on my tummy and its hiding my abs! I am only able to see them in the sunlight! Help and thanks for being an inspiration!
Hi Stephanie,
if you are working out already for 3 months and you are not getting any visible results, it means that you have to change your workout routine. Try some new exercises, increase the intensity of your workouts, increase the weight that you are using and do more intensive cardio sessions. I suggest to find out what is your current percentage of bodyfat so you can check your progress every month.
Best,
Zuzana.
Thanks.
I really like your clips.
Hi I have just completed the whole 11 episodes of the core workout and I have sweat pouring off me, I felt this is the best workout I have had in some weeks, after completing a body for life program I lost 6kg and 15cm from my hips and your website has inspired me to carry on with the lifestyle change I have been looking for, thankyou for the great website and keep up the great work.
Hi from Mexico!!!
Dear Zuzana I have a question for you, how many times a week should I do this workout?
I have been doing it four times a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Kissess
I did your 14 exercises in the Total Body Core Workout today for the first time ~ WOW! I was sweaty and exhausted by the end.
How often should I do this complete workout? I am thinking every other day? If so what should I do on the alternate days?
Your website is a God-send.
Blessings!
hello…ZuZana…i have the same question as Michelle K….
“How often should I do this complete workout? I am thinking every other day? If so what should I do on the alternate days?” …..and do you warm up B4 starting the all routine?? ..I know,i need to!!;)
You should allow your muscles at least one day rest after weight training. You can do it every other day, but do you really want to do exactly the same routine 4 times a week?
i meant the routine thru all 11 videos, every other day?…can i do that?
thank you! ~*G*~
@Jackson haha i like it! nice work it will pay off soon
