20 Minute Cardio 3: Slide Lunges And Lateral Arm Extensions Excercises

This is part 3 of the most intensive and fat burning cardio workout I have ever experienced. I am using a towel for the slide lunge but if you have a carpet at home towel won’t obviously work. In this case you can buy slides for very cheap and they will work on a carpet. I have gym slides but I don’t like to use them on the wooden floor because they scratch and make a terrible noise.  The small pilates weights that I am using are really good for this type of workout, because they are light but still give you some resistance.     Apparently, CrossFit method also implements the Tabata Protocol, e.g. for core training (such as squats). I don’t think Tabata Protocol can be done at home by yourself, as you would need someone to hold a stopwatch and time you.

    I generally place the watch somewhere visible and let time run. So when it hits 20 seconds stop till 30 seconds then continue to 50 seconds. Also if bodyrock ever needs volunteers for new programs I’d be more then interested in helping out. Im currently living in southern Ontario.

    • Hi Steph,

      I am just trying to find out something about supplements and see if I can recommend some that are actually any good. All professionals that I have the chance to speak to told me that supplements are really important but you have to know which company is the one that you can trust. Some of the companies in the past had some really bad things in their supplements and some of them are lying about the content of their supplements. So right now I am not using any supplements until I find out more information about it and then I’ll let you know. Thanks for writing me Steph.

    I don’t know how to explain good but I hope you understand what I am trying to say…

    The camera moves too much. Can it stay in one position so we can see you better how to do your workout?? I just want to see your movements better other then you butt or chest.

    I just think its too many angles that don’t need to be shown.

    lemme start off with this is one hell of a work outt.. cuz i couldnt even finish it.. idk what happened but afteer i did the slide and lateral arms i got dizzy a threw upp.. this normally doesnt happen to me but it surprised me and me and my sis got a good laugh outta it… soo i was kinda curious as to why this happened and should i keep tryin or do a different work outt.. this is my first time tryin these videos ive been followin the summer fit one for a month now.. i thought i should change it up by tryin this onee.. i kinda feel unaccomplished for not finishin it

    and btw zuzana i love your work out videos there alot of fun and it makes me wanna work out in the morning =]

    Well, I havn’t tried this yet, but I’m going too in a little while today. I just thought I’d add, when trying to slide on carpet, just use a plastic grocery bag or something like that, it works just fine for me.

    I definately do not want to end up like lily lol. I think you might have pushed yourself a little too hard, and at that rate, you shouldn’t feel unaccomplished for not finishing it, since you did way more than your body wanted. Good job though!!!!
