The first exercise you can see in this video is the side leg raises. If you want to increase the challenge of this exercise, you can pull your leg behind you when you get it up to the hip hight. Also you can try to do all of your reps by lowering your leg until it’s just couple inches off the floor instead of placing your foot on the floor between the reps. The second exercise where you have to squeeze the dumbbell between your knees is great for your inner thighs, quads, hamstrings, glutes and core and you can increase the challenge by keeping your hips up at all times and by alternating the leg extensions.
