Butt and Abs Workout Part 5

This is the final exercise video in this series targeting your butt and abs. The first exercise are sissy squats which is and could be performed by complete beginners. Your challenge is to squeeze your quads and glutes as much as you can. The second exercise is one of my favorite for core, abs and obliques. If you do this one properly you can really feel it in your obliques. Instead of driving the movement from your hips only, engage your oblique muscles to turn sideways. I am using this exercise very often in my workouts.

    Hi Angie,
    I would love to do more outdoor activities, but it is so god damn cold outside :) As soon as it gets warm I will be the first person outside working out and enjoying the weather.

    i would like to thank you that you are such a great girl and always give us a lot of interesting workout programs:) However, i wanna ask you- can i to mix your workout programs? i would like to do “Butt and abs workout”(3 days a week) and “Boot camp circuit”(2 days a week)….pls tell me, if it’s be ok :) thank you :)

    HI Anna,

    you can mix these workouts together and switch to another two workouts the next month – that is one of the many ways how you can keep your program alive and avoid plateau.

    I like this workout a lot. It doesn’t seem too difficult and the first move that you did in about the first minute of the video was my favorite. It reminds me of the ab rocks you had done outside in one of your earlier videos from the beginning of body rock tv when you had your arms crossed behind your head.

    The reason why I am writing you is because I recently got kind of sick because I’m stressed out. I went on your website and I decided to stop fooling around so much and get back on track. It is my own fault that I bring myself down so much, I don’t treat my body as well as I should.

    You inspire me so much and I’m glad I have kept in touch with you since the beginning of body rock tv. I have made it my home page and I’m done dreaming about a six pack. I am determined to work out as much as I can. Days like today when I am home, I am going to work hard. Your website is like my outting to everything. I get happy when I watch the videos and try new things. Please keep them coming and keep in touch. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for everything :) It’s people like you and your husband that make better for themselves and others and I love how you dedicate your life to bettering your body. Afterall, that is the most important thing.

    Hopefully when I am in top shape I can make many more videos. I know I look skinny and all, but that doesn’t mean I am in shape.

    this is the nicest comment you have ever left on my site I think and it is so powerful, that I can tell that you are really determined and ready to work hard. Try not to get discouraged, because it is not easy or fast process to get in shape. Every single day that you work hard counts and it makes a change in your body. It is a life long journey, but if you keep working hard you will get where you want to be before you know it.     I love these. I recently had a c-section so I don’t really feel anything in my abs. They’re still a little numb but I have lost inches! Thank you so much. It would be wonderful if you could sell your workouts on DVD or made them available for download on itunes. I could not imagine not having access to your workouts.

    Hi Zuzana,

    I just recently started your workouts and I’m so excited. I definitely feel a difference already! You are so inspiring. I do have one question though. On that last exercise in the series, when I bring my knee to the opposite arm and then get back into the plank position my hips are all out of whack. I have to move my legs until my hip “pops” back into place. Is this normal? What can I do to fix that? It seems like such a great exercise but its so uncomfortable on my hips! I’m only 29, I shouldn’t have bad hips yet. :)

    You are amazing! I am requesting for an intense cardio/strengthening workout that focuses mainly on butt lift, and thigh toning. I would like to look lean and lose the cellulite around the butt and thigh area.

    I just had to write, even though I’m saying pretty much the same thing…. I CAN’T believe I’ve been working out since May of this year! This is the longest continuous stretch ever. I have already seen slight results in my body. I’m taking it very sloooooow; my motivation to keep going is the most important part. I don’t check your website every day, but when I do, I’m renewed all over again. You know this, but your body, your voice, your energy so clearly comes through your videos.     your exercises are awesome! i can feal the muscles i never thought they exist :)

    i am trying to do every exercise, but i have bad problems with my knees, and i have to skip a lot of them..
    are there more exercises for butt and quad (equal efficiency) that do not overload the knees??
