Butt and Abs Workout Part 5
This is the final exercise video in this series targeting your butt and abs. The first exercise are sissy squats which is and could be performed by complete beginners. Your challenge is to squeeze your quads and glutes as much as you can. The second exercise is one of my favorite for core, abs and obliques. If you do this one properly you can really feel it in your obliques. Instead of driving the movement from your hips only, engage your oblique muscles to turn sideways. I am using this exercise very often in my workouts.
