Upper Body Workout 4 -Triceps Exercises

The Dumbbell Kickback  and Skull crushers are great exercises for working your triceps. I personaly like all of the modifications of these two exercises as well. There are few thing that you need to pay attantion to while performing these exercises :

Dumbbell Kickback tips

1. Try to keep the elbow at your side

2. Keep your spine neutral

3. Keep your hips even

4. Keep your shoulders even and contracted

Skull Crusher tips

1. Keep your elbows in, only your forearms are moving

2. Keep your spine neutral and feet flat on the floor

3. Keep your shoulders down, neck long and your chin up

    Hello! Thank you for this site! i have one question. I am not thing and i have big sholders even when i were thing. I am afraid that i will get bigger sholders….like a bodybilder. I just want to look fit. How can I avoid this????

    HI Julia,
    you won’t get huge shoulders or any other muscles like a bodybuilder unless you will train and eat like one.

    zuzana, i reaaally need to know how much you weighed befor doing all of these workouts.Im thinking to first gain 5 kg than start your workouts though im still yet confused!

    Hi Israa, I would like to help you, but I am not sure that I understand your question. You think you have to gain more weight before you start working out? If that is the question, then I don’t see the reason why should you do that. Please, try to explain.

    i just would like to know how tall are you and what is your weight? i would love to look like you. im 5foot7 and a half and i weigh 145 pounds, also how long of cardio do you do a day and how many days a week.

    i would also like to know how often you do cardio? everyday? so, do you do cardio one day, upper body the next day, lower body the next?

    Hi Amanda, I don’t do ”cardio” or I should say that I don’t look at it as a cardio. I am getting incredible cardio workout from lifting weights as well. What I focus on is variety of workouts and the intensity. Rock your body workout for example is weight training that is a great cardio workout at the same time because it keeps your heart rate elevated the entire time and it burns extreme amount of calories. So basically any workout that keeps your heart elevated for extended period of time is a cardio workout. Make sure to read the FAQ – What is the best cardio you can recommend?

    When you say tire your muscles that means that we should not stop until I feel the burn and can’t do another rep. Right? I should be sore the next day. Right? I’m just getting started and I don’t want to tire myself out. Someone told me to do strength training workout for every muscle group every other day and then cardio on the days in between. What would you say about this routine? You said you do one muscle group each day. How is that better. Please explain. I appreciate your time and correspondence.
