		<description>When you say tire your muscles that means that we should not stop until I feel the burn and can&#039;t do another rep. Right? I should be sore the next day. Right? I&#039;m just getting started and I don&#039;t want to tire myself out. Someone told me to do strength training workout for every muscle group every other day and then cardio on the days in between. What would you say about this routine? You said you do one muscle group each day. How is that better. Please explain. I appreciate your time and correspondence.</description>
