I just saw your videos on you tube, I normally exersice more frecuently (like jogging on the beach once a week, play basket ball with friends*1x p. week, swiming in the ocean1x p. week, going to aerobic clases 3x per week)I dont do any diet but i dont eat so much and I stayed thin, but since i moved to Holland three years ago (married a dutch guy) I dont have a lot of energy and I tend to eat more.. I think its because of the climate change, like in Mexico where I come from its always warm and sunny, and here its always cloudy and rainy, and theres hardly any sun..So i dont really like to go outside, or even to the gym..
This week the sun started to shine, and I get this feeling of wanting to be thin again,I gained I think like 16lbs!.. Well I already lost like 8 pounds.. but i still want to loose more and actually hace a nice belly for the beach vacations, and my whole body is kida wigilly now..
So this past month Ive been doing different activities helping me stay active and eating less fat or let sweets..
But my question was actually, if dancing on a dance mat helps you burn fat or not? (What is a Dance Mat? A dance mat plugs into your games console, they’re made for PS1, PS2, Xbox and PC, to replace the hand held controller. You then use your feet to play dance mat games)
This question since im pretty lazy in doing any type of other regular cardio exersices.. I get really bored soon.. And with these dance mats, i can go on for hours.. Since it takes like 1,2 mins. a song, and before u get to the next song you are actually pauzing for like 30 secs.. i was wondering if it comes any close to those exersises of yours that burn fat fast?

please take some time reading through the articles on fitness tips and diet to get some ideas about fitness. I don’t know your age, so unless your are younger than 18 you can use my following advice. Because you are new, you should do 3 times per week whole body workout using medium heavy dumbbells or a barbell. You can try any of my whole body workout routines. Start with the Core Workout and do each set just once to see how intensive this workout is for you. If you are not grasping for breath during any workout it means that it is not challenging enough and you need to do either more sets, increase the weight you are lifting or choose more challenging workout routine. You need to do 3 times per week cardio. Read the articles that I have posted about cardio (cardio versus weight training, 10 benefits of aerobic exercise) and than check out the 20 minute cardio workout.

btw,,is it ok for me to eat a lot of bananas?? i know i have a bad eating habit,,when im on diet,,i almost dont eat,,i mean i dont have rice in my every meal and only veggies or meat,,and sometimes,,when im hungry,,i eat bananas…about 4-7 babanas a day…i know i have a crazy diet.. =P

hello,ive seen your extreme exercise which i really love, your abs is soooooooo firm,i want that kind of abs, but whwt i whant from you is its ok to exersice 3x a week not losing the wiegth i whant i just only want to lose my fat belly,is it ok eat rice 3x a day in every meal and how many cups of rice needed for my body cause i really dont want to lose wiegth,….i need your help…….i want to be sexy but not skinny…..thanks…..i will wait for your reply
