the truth about muscle gain is that you can not gain muscles and get big simple just from exercising. You can have a body part that tents to bulk up more then the rest of your body, but you would still have to really feed your muscles to get them bulky. Especially as a woman is it hard to gain muscles and get bulky without eating a lot. Which means that you should watch how much do you eat and if you could cut down on your portions.</description>
