		<description>Hi guys, since you&#039;ve been on your travels I&#039;ve enjoyed rediscovering your archives section. I had only really tried four of them before and still do them from time to time, but had been put off this one because of the &#039;advanced&#039; tag. I&#039;ve found though that by using lighter weights and just doing my best for the tougher bits, like this last one (killer!) I can actually make my way through it, though only twice in 20 mins for now. So happy travels and looking forward to your new workouts to mix things up - really appreciate the work you guys put into this website when you must be knackered!</description>

		<description>I found this routine very good, very challenging, despite it is not one of those where I am sweating line a pig :). I like this routine a lot! Zuzana, do you still practicing this routine? If yes, are you now doing the Turkish get up exercise more easily than in the beginning?
