Summer Fitness Day4 – 20 Minute Cardio / Core Workout
On Day 4 of the Summer Fitness Workout I am a doing a cardio workout routine that also targets the core and abs. This time the skipping is very similar to jogging in place. Shift back and forth on your feet with the skipping rope keeping a steady rhythm. Do 50 turns a move directly to the ab exercise. Lock down your core and make sure your muscles are tensed and engaged. Count out 50 reps to complete the set. Once you have completed 50 jumps on the rope and 50 flutter kicks then go to your exercise log and mark one set. You goal is to complete as many sets as possible of these 2 exercises in 20 minutes.
