I&#039;m tracking my fitness for one year and luckily I found your videos on youtube today.  I was going to go with some other &quot;well known&quot; intense fitness videos but decided to stick with yours because of the variety you provide.  I really LOVE the &quot;REALNESS&quot; of your videos...I also have a site and I&#039;ll be posting a link to your site for my friends and family who are joining me.  I will definitely keep you posted on my progress...it would be nice to see how everything turns out with me only using your workouts and tips.  I&#039;m excited!  Thanks again!

I would just like to ask why you only do the half movement on the last set. I was always taught that half movements like that would limit the overall movement on the muscle over time. Basically saying that overtime with this exercise, it would be difficult to completly straighten you arm. Am I wrong to think this, or is it because out of the 4 exercises, only one is half movement and the other 3 balance out this effect.</description>
