I Mountain bike in the summer and due to weather change I want to keep myself fit for spring and summer so I am ready to ride.  I want to say first off Thank you for all you guys do for us!!!!!  Having Bodyrock and all you do has truly been an insiration to so many people.   I started following your site about a two years ago and noticed you have changed a lot on your site. I liked to do some of the older routines as well as the newer ones.  But can&#039;t seem to find any videos for them.  I have tried you tube for some of them.  I like to follow then to make sure I am watching Zuzanas form and making sure I am doing the exercises properly.  Please Help!!!!  Love you guys!!!  And Keep up the good work!!!!</description>

I&#039;ve been taking in all your advice. I began maybe 2 days ago. I was doing beginner first. I think Im ready for a little bigger like this full body workout. 

So I have a lot of problems with my legs though, because I was in a really bad car accident 2 years ago.(I had many fractures.) I have a plate in one knee, and rods in both legs. So I really want to do the squats hoping that I will get better and better at it as you do. but right now I can&#039;t stay up sometimes when I do the squats and I usually have some pain. But Its sorta working though :)

I was wondering do you think that this is good and that I will get better at the squats and leg exercises if I just keep at it?
