This circuit workout is combination of body weight exercises and cardio which is phenomenal for fat burning. Working out this way will dramatically increase your metabolism and force your body to burn calories continuously during the workout and long after the workout. It saves you a lot of time, because you get your weight training and cardio out of the way in only one workout plus you will burn way more calories than if you would do either resistance training or cardio alone.
In the second part of this workout I am doing 5 reps of close grip pull ups and after this exercise I am moving right into the next set of 50 high knees with the jump rope. The rules are the same as in the first part of the workout. The body weight exercise should be performed slowly with perfect form and controlled movement. You don’t have to do exactly 5 reps. Anywhere from 1 to 5 is ok. As your cardio level improves, increase the intensity of your cardio training between sets or just keep it at moderate level.

Hey Zuzana, I have been doin your body workout and it’s great !
However, I would love it if you could do the same kind of videos, but for stretching. Some of us have never taken stretching seriously before so it is hard to know how to start, what stretches to do, how many sets, how long to hold the stretch, when to stretch, etc…
Hi Zuzana. My wife wants to lose her tummy, she’s had two children now 7 and 10 but can’t lose her spare tyre, she goes jogging a lot but this just takes weight off her legs and bottom. Any ideas what excercise she she do to lose here tummy.

Hi Sammie, this top is lululemon exercise top. Lululemon is fast growing Canadian brand that makes the most amazing exercise clothes and everyone who has ever seen their stuff wants to wear it. The other thing is, that it’s not your business what I’m wearing in my videos. You are free to criticize my clothes and my videos, but I am not going to apologize to anyone who feels intimidated by my look and outfits, because your lack of self confidence is really not my problem. If you don’t like what you see on my videos then don’t watch them.
Sammy is a ding dong and if he thinks your top is too revealing, he needs to tune out! Zuzana is ripped, strong, has great form and great workouts. Her body shows it and that is probably why most people tune in. BUT, as I said, her workouts are great, great exercise principles and performs them with excellent form. Lulu rocks as well, I wear it too and it is awesome. BTW, Zuzana, you are still very young, I am 46, can still rip out pull ups, push ups, dips, and nice slow squats. The exercise and healthy food in my life is the true fountain of youth. Keep up the great work, Kathleen

don’t get upset about it, you have to progress slowly and build strength before you do more advanced exercises. Strength is a skill and it takes time to learn it.
