I just started watching your videos and I am so happy that I finally found work out videos that look efficient and challenging. I was just wondering about the bar you do the grip pull ups and hanging leg raises... I am not afraid to try them, but I don&#039;t have a bar in my home and I do most of my work outs at home... Do you have any substitution for the bar? And also, what do you feel are the necessities in home work out equipment. I would love to know to improve my challenges.

		<description>I did one! Well, almost all the way up. My arms are shaking... what a great exercise!!! I tried it and first couldn&#039;t do it, went back and watched the video a few more times and viola. I saw another push-up you do, where your feet ae apart, butt in the air; and you kind of roll down using shoulders, arms and chest. Almost like a dolphin swim. Could you tell be which segment I might find that segment?</description>
