People have been asking me, how I keep my self motivated constantly and what inspires me, so I decided to post everything that inspires and motivates me here on BodyRock.tv
I am really interested in gymnastics and body weight drills so when I found this video on youtube, I liked it so much that I had to share it. These body weight drills require incredible strength, flexibility and not to mention balance and agility. Being able to handle your own bodyweight in any situation to me is like some kind of ultimate freedom that goes hand in hand with being strong, fit and healthy. The opposite of this feeling is having the sense that you are trapped in your own body. Movements are sluggesh, the body feels heavy, joints are stiff and there is almost a constant state of discomfort – not the way I would choose to live.

I was wondering about the supplement that you talked about on your youtube account called “psyllium” I think. How do you use it, and how would you go about purchasing it? Is it a powder or pill form? Which one do you think would work the best? Thanks so much for taking the time to read this.

It´s really very interesting, I think almost everyone who is interest in gain strenght and not only develop beautiful bodies in the end will look for this kind of exercise.
Have you ever heard about Capoeira? It´s an marcial-art from Brasil, and it has also those movemments too!
Found in internet an e-book that teaches how to do handstands, and all the different forms, I´ll look for the link to send!

Will you be sharing a stretching video soon? It’s very important for people training to maintain flexibility. I have always had trouble with tight hamstrings and I.T band as I am a cyclist.

Hope it’ll help … but the best way to learn is to practice with a real Mestre.
Capoeira is more than a simple martial art but a whole culture and believe me, if you start practicing you’ll love it.
It makes me sad cuz I can’t practice no more due to bach and shoulder problems … :-(

It´s awesome video!!! yes, Try Capoeira and you will love that! I´m from Brazil too, but now i,m living in Spain! and telling you the truth, a lot of people here loves! Give you agility, strenght, flexibility, and how to defend yourself from the thieves!! hahahah just kidding! try and you will love these incredible art. Here in Spain i create a Fitness Class, that teach some of these movements, and acrobat movements from the others modalities of sports! gives strenght, flexibility,balance, etc. it´s amazing!

Excellent vid, just last week I went to a Capoeira show here in my town it was FANTASTIC I think they are trying to promote it here in Ireland and will be starting classes soon. fingers crossed eh. Thanks for sharing this vid.

By the way, i found the link of the e-book about hand-stands (in the site there´s a lot of more e-books about exercises you can acess and download) I´ts a kinda old-style of bodybuilding but there´s a lot of things in those e-books very consistent!

Zuzana, what you say is exactly why I started capoeira a few years ago :) … This is the perfect activity if you want to search this freedom with your body.
