I must say I use cardio workouts from youtube or my skipping rope while I'm doing strength training. Went for a jog my bodies energy went low after a while.

Hi there! 1st: keep the good work on the site.

2nd, I am from Canada, so during winter temperatures sometimes go below -30 celcius. Is it safe to do cardio outside during winter? I know it feels different for my lungs and it's a bit harder. I don't worry too much about my body temperature though because the exercise and some clothing keep it warm. I can't really workout inside my home where i live, but I don'T want to put my respiratory system at risk either. So, cold weather cardio, recommended or not?

Hi Zuzana! I love your website and your routines, I just need help with my cardio. Since I've been doing the workouts I have become more muscular, which is exactly what I want, like you, but I still have a 5 lb. layer of fat to lose to really get to my desired goal. What is the most effective way to lose this? How much cardio should I do daily to see results and should I still do the other workouts on that same day as well or would that be too much? I know recovery time is important to see results so could you suggest what I should be doing??

P.S. I think you rock!!!!!

Hi fawzia,

I am sorry to tell you this, but you can't completely reshape your breasts through exercise. You can get your breast fuller if you gain weight and keep your body tight with regular exercise.
