20 Minute Interval Cardio Workout 3/5
By the time you get here, your muscles will be already pre-exhausted so be careful with your balance. Jump lunges are very challenging especially in this crazy interval of 20 seconds of intense work and 10 seconds of rest. Make sure that you set your timer for 2 intervals and 8 rounds, because you don’t want to get distracted keeping track of rounds while trying to focus on surviving this challenging exercise. The more tired your body gets, the less you will be able to use your brain and simple counting will suddenly become like rocket science. Make sure that you keep your chest up and your whole body including your abs tight. Don’t go over your feet with your front knee when doing the lunges. When you complete these 4 minutes of brutal hell, have a sip of water and move on to the next video – part 4.
Don’t do this type of workout every day. Cycle your training and vary the intensity and volume of your workouts.
