Recipe – Delicious Vegetarian Pear Sandwich

This sandwich is honestly one of the best vegetarian sandwiches I have ever had. It looks kind of wild, but surprisingly it wasn’t hard to find all of the ingredients in the local health food store and super market. There are only a few ingredients that you will need for this delicious snack. It doesn’t have to be a snack, you can also have it for lunch or dinner. You will need  whole wheat raisin bread, low fat (fat free) cream cheese, walnuts, capers, alfalfa sprouts, and a pear ( I like the chinese pears). This sandwich can be handy during long hours at work or at school. You can prepare it at home, use two pieces of bread for one sandwich and cut it in half so that you have 2 small portions. That’s what I do when I am too busy during the day. I make 3 sandwiches in the morning, cut each of them in half and have them in the fridge or you can pack them in a little cooler that you can take anywhere with you. Having a cooler is actually a really good idea because it allows you to eat clean all day no matter where you are. I should get a cooler for myself.     Hi Zuzana,

    I really enjoy your videos and I’m a great fan of yours. I saw your video on youtube first time. I just want to want know how must rest is necessary in 1hr workout? lastly, i would also like to know that if whole body workout is important in everyday? Is lot of cardio better or is high intensity interval training better?
