		<description>It&#039;s a great day! Exactly 30 days ago I started your workouts. I tried this workout on my 2nd day and could barely complete 1 round in 12 minutes. I tried a 2nd round but couldn&#039;t get past 100 skips.

Today, I killed this workout, completing BOTH rounds in 16:21. I felt great afterwards. I&#039;m going to try for 3 rounds in another 4 weeks.</description>

So I did 300 reps of high knees instead of skipping rope and completed 2 whole rounds in 20mins 53secs.</description>
