    i have an important question..can workouts help lifting the sagging breasts?? because my plastic sergeon told me the only way is to have a breast lifting procedure,,i thought i can lift them by lifting weights
    how long it takes to notice changes if i workout 5 days a week ??

    Hi Fred & Zuzana,

    I used to do that kind of workout exept with more reps per set.
    It’s great for the glutus maximus (and a bit outchy).

    hi zuzana find eating out more easily because I tend to do it in the company of my friends or family or lover. When I eat with these people, I talk much more than if I would by myself…this ends up being a good strategy for me because I love food so much-my bad habit is eating just for the pleasure (even when I am completely full) but when I am with other people, I eat more slowly and can usually tell when I am really full…

    Another tip for eating out is to try an “ethnic” restaurant (as they are labeled in the U.S.) …I enjoy quality Ethiopian food which the city I live near happens to have a lot of…Ethiopian offers a variety of different vegetables and spices (such as Eat Clean’s recommended Tumeric spice) and a type of almost pancake that is composed of complex carbohydrates…the best part is that it is typically fairly cheap! I also enjoy Mediterranean food which is typically fairly lean and offers salads other than just iceberg lettuce (the for some-odd-reason) American favorite. Basically, It’s the variety that makes these foods worth while…just like the body gets used to the same exercises…so the body can get used to the same food-It’s good to branch out! :)

    Hey,Aya and Zuzana…Since I’ve been utilizing these workouts, I’ve noticed my breasts are much firmer and definitely not sagging any more. I’ve gone from a size 42D down to a size 38D. My husband is very happy! LOL. I’m hoping to go down to a 38B….

    Hi Zuzana, I have a question regarding training to ad definition. Since January, I have been using your website and have lost 25 lbs. Now, I’m 110 lbs but my muscles are not defined, I’m just very thin. I follow a clean diet and eat 6 small meals a day. What’s the best approach to start adding some definition all over. Should I increase my calorie intake (since I don’t want to lose anymore weight) and do heavier weights with less reps. thank you so much. You are an inspiration to a lot of people.I’ve introduced people to your website and they loooove it.!

    i have a huge problem which i need you to advice me. You see, i love to workout and be in shape and healthy, but there is just one thing. my waist. before i was pregnant i had a 26′ inch waist. now, after i have given birth, i have a 30′inch waist. I try to look for exercises that help me get a thin waistline, but i feel like its not working. so what exercise can i do to get a 24′ inch waist? I don;t want to look like a man. i want to look feminine.

    Hi Zuzana, It’s Little Bri :)
    Long time no talk, It’s my fault I’ve been pretty busy but I am keeping an eye out on bodyrock tv so I hope I’m officially back on track. I went away twice which knocked me off my work out habits, but I finally got a few minutes to throw on some make up and make a video for you like I promised.

    I’m kickboxing a few times every week to every other week. I’m doing very well and I hope you are too (You don’t need me to ask, you look amazing as it is HAHA)

    I had just gotten done with some crunches and I had nobody to hold the camera so when I did a few crunches in the video, it was way off and I definitely displayed a poor demonstration HAHAHA. I will try to do much better next time I will have someone to film me.

    I hope I get a reply to know that you have gotten the videos.

    Hi Bri! Thanks for making these awesome videos. I think that you look great and that you are really close to your sixpack. Keep going and keep pushing. Kick boxing is great for over all conditioning and it should give you some really great muscle tone, plus you will be stronger and more confident.     hello my dear, wow.. you’re 22 and already married..? hmm.. sorry to barge in but this is my first time i get into this bodyrock.tv love 2read the comment, Zuzane deserve it, she really work hard for her body, and yes my dear you should do too.. work hard pays, eat less meat, eat raw fruits, steam fish, plain barbeque chicken or meat and extra additional flavour (like sauce, salt, oil, etc, meat produce them) but then steam vege is the best, you must love those kinda things to have a nice, healthy looking body like Zuzane, i’m sure she go through a lot to have a great body.. must have high spirit, i tell you she teach a lot already.. ;p and it’s free for us, we’re lucky to have YouTube to share together or else, everyone gonna have a boring, lazy, drunk, fat, itchy scratching day everyday, i play rugby, represent my country (Malaysia) i cycle everywhere, i go workout in gym every evening after work and yes, it pays.. do the exercise, get sweat, get tired and get addicted to it (in a good way) believe you me, you’ll get your body you wanted in no time, good luck ;D

    HEY HUN.. to build more size you do more weight or resistance and less reps or the same if you are up to it. also make sure you get protein and if you dont eat meat make sure you get it from other sources.

    Hey I came across a video on youtube. I decided to check out your website, I’m 18 and have huge love handles, and some extra stomach fat that isn’t needed. I never work out, and I think it will be an issue for me to get myself started. your beginner video’s don’t seem to work for me. Do you have any tips?
