My First Wrinkle Cream

Every woman has to go through this – that’s life. Everyone copes with wrinkles differently, some people don’t mind it while others like me want to fight against it :) I don’t feel old at 27 and I am certainly not complaining, but this is just another area that I want to look after. I certainly never felt that taking care of your appearance and body is just a superficial pursuit. Every one feels better when they take care of them selves.

Up until this point in my life, wrinkles have never been an issue for me. I realized a few years ago that baking my body in the sun was going to lead to wrinkles later on, so I stopped tanning and started to protect my skin with sun block. I also gave up the stupid practice of social smoking and I limit my alcohol consumption to the occasional white wine spritzer. I feel like I have made very positive changes in my lifestyle  and I know that regular exercise and proper diet have a huge impact on the aging process. What I have less experience with are these creams and treatments for wrinkles.

I know that creams can work for acne, because I have been having problems with acne since I was a teenager, and I have tried a million different products and treatments that didn’t help. Just recently I found a product in Canada (viva Canada!) that has completely restored my faith in creams. This product has solved my acne problem, which gives me hope that there has to be at least one product out there that will work for wrinkles. My husband has his own take on this.

Frederick says:

First of all I am very skeptical about the claims these products make. In my mind these anti-aging creams are the not so distant cousins of those evil anti-cellulite creams that we all know serve absolutely no purpose other than draining the cash out of your pockets. I see the same kind of miracle claims being made on the expensive packaging of wrinkle creams – “visibly reduce deep wrinkles by 64.3% instantly.” Most of these cremes and serums didn’t have a tester on the shelf, but we did manage to find a tester for one of the most expensive products that was claiming to be an “instant” deep wrinkle filler. I told Zuzana to try it out on herself, but she didn’t want to ruin her makeup so instead she painted the clear liquid in the tester bottle over my laugh lines (I’m a young looking 34 btw ) I took one for the team on this because if we were going to spend the $200 sticker price then I wanted to be absolutely convinced this stuff worked. Ignoring the weird looks from the other shoppers, we followed the directions on the bottle, and 5 minutes later we were both staring at my face in the mirror waiting for the last 10 years to disappear. Wow I’m glad we didn’t spend that $200 because other than feeling slightly embarrassed that my wife applied anti-aging cream to my mug in the middle of the cosmetics department, nothing else happened. Don’t get me wrong – I’m not anti-beauty products. Like most guys I really appreciate when my wife dolls herself up – I appreciate that stuff, but I can’t stand when products make irresponsible claims and take advantage of people who are really just looking for help with a legitimate problem or concern. I will turn things back over to Zuzana now.

If you guys know about some great product or a home remedy that has helped you, I would really appreciate your advice. Also feel free to let me know what you think about wrinkles, aging and getting older in general.

Best,

Zuzana.

Exfoliate your skin. A good exfoliating kit will help reduce wrinkles. It scrubs off the old cells and lets the new ones come to the surface. As well expensive creams are a sham. Just use a lotion that blocks the sun.

  • blubb

i vaguely remember that i saw a dermathologist on tv a while ago who claimed that if any of these contained ingredients that actually work theyd have to sell them in pharmacies
mind you thats under european laws

This is the only known serum proven to work.

Scientifically proven & made major news in the UK 2 years ago on all major news networks

    Hi Zuzana,

I think you should definitely check this site out: http://www.cosmeticscop.com/learn-paulas-choice.aspx
It’s a very relevant website about skincare.
Unfortunately, there’s no “miracle” anti aging cream. First, to improve your skin you could use either AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) or BHA (beta hydroxy acid) creams which are exfoliants. They smooth the skin and increase the production of collagen. Then, you can use moisturisers with anti oxydants: they protect the skin from the damages of sun, pollution… And of course, you have to wear a good sunscreen everyday.

    Hope this helps,
    Hugs from France :)

For the most part, I agree with your husband. I don’t trust over-the-counter products to be my ultimate beauty solution. I recommend speaking with your doctor/dermatologist about a cream with retinol. Getting a prescribed cream with retinol compared to an over-the-counter cream, over time, will make the difference. Prescribed creams are usually have more of a percentage of retinol. Retinol basically increases skin cell production and collagen. This helps with prevention of wrinkles and smoothing out current damaged skin/wrinkles. I use a prescribed retinol every night, and so far so great results.

If you’re open to a bit more drastic result, I recommend to looking into injectable fillers, such as botox. I know that many people are afraid of getting into this, but it will look completely natural if you get a good doctor. There are so many different brands out there (Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra, Hylaform) that range from cost, how long it will last (up to 2 years), and what it’s made out of.

  • Christina

    Hey Zuzana,

I’m 19 and I’m starting to notice my skin is changing; however, I would be careful with any type of skin product bought from a drugstore. Maybe check for the toxicity levels of the products and buy organic products. The last thing we want is our anti-wrinkle creams actually GIVING us wrinkles.

    What do you think?

  • tanya

Hi Zuzana, I am 23 and have a tiny line on my forhead. I dont like to use chemicals so I use Vitamin E oil. I just rub it on once a day and the line is not even noticable anymore. Plus its all natural.. Oh and exfoliate with salt once a week. Works for me!! :)

  • meryt

given the fact that you are a fitness-addicted… i can only suggest you the facial gymnastic! i was courious and tried it although i still don’t have wrinkles (i’m 21), and in the end my muscles were exausted! :D i think that’s the only thing that really works *kisses

Go to youtube and look at some of Jack Lalanne’s facial exercises that he says help keeps your face looking young. I do as Jeremy suggested to you;exfoliate with hydroxycut (?),then I apply fresh aloe vera juice straight from the plant or you can use 100% aloe vera gel from “FRUIT OF THE EARTH”. This gel is good for lots of stuff- I apply it on minor cuts, stings, and even on my hair. Or, I’ve heard this works also- egg white with a few drops of lemon juice (not sure how many drops), and apply it either to the under eye area and around corners of the mouth,or,just apply it all over the face and leave on for 15 minutes till dry and wash off. I’ve also been told that honey alone or with lemon juice applied to the face, let dry and wash off. But, I definitely agree with Frederick, don’t fall for all those advertising scams and expensive does not mean it’s better or it works. I think it’s best to just stay with natural products that don’t contain all those harsh chemicals. And since you demonstrate a lot of your workouts out in the sun, use lots of sunscreen and wear makeup that is oil-free and contains sunscreen. You’re never too young to be concerned about skin care. Hope this is helpful to you. I have a feeling that as you,Zuzana, age; you will still be beautiful because you are eating clean and exercising to maintain a healthy body.

  • David L.

i would just recommend going with all natural cremes. anything that has chemicals in it that is hard to pronounce on the ingredents is toxic. anything you rub on your skin soaks in and gets in your system. when exposed to the sun ,the sun draws the toxins to the skins surface, this causes aged, leathery skin texture. any sunblock should be all natural or organic. interesting fact is that there is no such thing as skin cancer in africa, even though they are exposed to the sun constantly with very little cloths on. yet in america african americans have some of the highest rates of skin cancer and are some of the biggest users of sun blocks!

  • VerminChowder

    Product: Vitality Tautinol
    Price: $69.95

I heard about this product spoken on a health talk radio which I enjoy listening to.

Also stop using sun screen since you’re slathering your skin with chemicals. Find a safer natural alternatives.

    Educational source on health:
    http://www.dukeandthedoctor.com/archives.php

And if you have any pain after doing so much exercise, take this:
    product: Curamin

I don’t take any of these products but I’ve heard many positive reviews about them from a couple of health programs on the radio, especially Curamin. Try them and see if they’re good.

  • E.E.

    Hi Zuzana~
I believe that many acne products can dry up your skin and therefore worsen your wrinkles, so if you’re not moisturizing your skin much, then I think starting there would really help. :)) Usually Shiseido has really good moisturizers, facial cleansers and disposable masks that help with that and prevent the wrinkles from becoming worse, as well as preventing wrinkles to appear due to the moisture. This is in case you need moisture in your skin, and they work for me. Oh yeah! And one more thing, I know that Ginseng root is very good for overall body health including the skin–and I’m not sure how much research has been done on it, but I know that in the Asian culture it is often used in medicines and just as a tea. So, if you get a good ginseng tea it can only help you with clearer, healthier, less-wrinkley skin. Bye for now!

    Hi Zuzana,

I am 30 years old, and I noticed some wrinkles around my eyes and those two lines above my lips (like you) when I turned 25. I used a very expensive product but it helped and those tiny lines around my eyes are gone, and around my lips are less visible. It was this product http://www.ca-e.shiseido.com/sc/product/list.asp?R=0009&A=01&B=06&F=2.
Now I am using this brand http://www.dermalogica.com/us/products.html#/products/skin-concerns/signs-of-skin-aging, with this being my favorite product http://www.dermalogica.com/us/products.html#/products/skin-concerns/signs-of-skin-aging/map-15-regenerator.
    Well, I hope this helps.

My good old mate Dixie, has been a natural bodybuilder all of his adult life. Dixie is about 70 years old now. The last time I saw him in his swimwear was when he was about 65, his body looked like that of a well trained bodybuilder aged 30; however in his words ” I can still pull the girls, but I just have to put a paper bag over my head”. I asked Dixie for some aged wisdom, and he said “don’t waste your life on vain attempts to look and stay young, spend your time wisely, don’t let your ego rule your mind, let go your vanity, let go your destructive ego.

I think your website is the best, keep up the good work, PS you are beautiful with or without wrinkles :-)

  • J B

You can’t be 21 forever; grow old gracefully.

It’s a mug’s game to buy into all that eternal youth nonsense. Every age has its value; don’t be ashamed of it. Wrinkles show character; it means you’ve lived a bit, and are not some ignorant, naive young bimbo.

P.S. I think you are beautiful!

It is a little pricey sometimes… you can get good deals on it through QVC and Sephora. It is by far the best products in my opinion! Good luck and I look forward to seeing what you find and what you like!

  • Luann

    Hello Zuzanna,

Exfoliate once a week to get rid of the top layer of skin cells. Also at night cream retinol like RoC. RoC is relatively inexpensive compared to other brands. Before you get any products, like the exfoliation and night cream, try to get a sample. My skin reacts to a variety of products, so I have wasted a lot of money on products I can’t use. I use Clinique 3 step treatment. Pretty expensive, but my skin does not have a negative reaction. If your skin does not have a reaction (like hives) then you should be able to use it.

I think your skin looks great. You hydrate, eat healthy, and avoid the sun. Good luck! I hope this helps.

    Sincerely,

    Luann

  • Scott

Can’t say I’ve used the product (besides reton A for acne — it really does dry your skin out), but it seemed somewhat creditable. And yes, the site is targeted toward older women because, like you, younger women look beautiful with smile lines.

Clean food, sun protection, and plenty of oils!!
Organic Coconut oil is amazing for troubled skin, scars, wrinkles, and destroys the bacteria in acne. Also, I pour flax oil in all my smoothies and take omega oils every day. Essential oils from Young Living Oils is amazing on the face and body and smells better than perfume. When you read the label on an essential oil at your health food store, I bet it reads for “external use only.” When you apply a product to your body, make sure it’s safe for internal use too. You are absorbing what you put on your skin (the largest organ of the body) These are real therapeutic oils. I’ve used them for years, I love them and I don’t look 41! Try it–you’ll love it too. Thanks for your wonderful tips.

    Hello Zuzanna,

From hearing your accent I have a feeling your ethnic background is not in north america… I’m good right!

Anyways, the first thing is to get back to the old world, find out what our ancestors beauty regimen was like. Our parents, grand parents have tips that need to be kept alive.

Second is Sesame oil. Make sure the sesame oil is organic. Sometimes Hexane is used to extract oil. If you do a google search on Sesame oil and wrinkles you will find some amazing tips. Sesame oil has been used in Indian Aryuvedic medicine for 5,000 years. Its great for skin, helps prevent tearing during childbirth, helps muscle recovery after working out. The best thing is that it absorbs into the skin easily and enters your bloodstream where it can really go to work.

Be careful of the creams you are using. Look at the chemicals in the creams, google them. You may find that the chemicals may be worse for your body than looking at wrinkles.

Watch for the Sun Block lotions. There are some really bad bad chemicals in those also. Try to get organic sun block, or even Burts Bees sun block. Also make sure you are taking 5 grams = 5,000 mg of omega 3′s per day. Limit sugar or food intake with corn. Corn and other foods are high in omega 6, omega 6 causes inflammation and damages cells. Our diets are so filled with omega 6, taking omega 3 is important to offset the inflammation effect.

Below is a great website about youthing strategies with Sesame oil. Place the sesame oil in a cup, place that cup within a pot with a little water in the bottom of the pot and warm the oil that way. Do not use a microwave. Thank me when you are 50.

I meant alpha hydroxy acid cream exfoliant. My sorry. You can even make your own exfoliate out of a palm full of salt and olive oil to make a paste and apply to face and scrub, wash clean.

    Hi!

Roc uses to have good anti-wrinkle creams! Now there’s a new one for the eye area (wrinkles/lifting) – commercials are saying that, in France, 1 unit is sold every 3 minutes and it extends the effects until 1 month after stop using it. Of course that product is for 40/50 women , but it increases brand’s reputation, anyway…
Brands like Lancome or Biotherm, in my opinion, don’t worth our money. I’m 20 and I use other creams (not anti-wrinkles lol) and those sold in pharmacies are the best ones: they’re efficient and at a “fair” price.
Here in Portugal, Vichy is one of those “fair price brands”, I bought the whole pack (lotion, tonic, serum and cream) for 60€ and it’s the best option (for me) until today! I used to have acne problems too, and my skin is very sensitive to creams…but with this new ones, it’s perfect, there’s no problem…and it’s the half price of other luxurious brands.

  • Vera

Ah! Now I saw the video… A few months ago I bought an anti-dark circles cream, it was the same brand as that yellow cream you picked up at the drugstore (I can’t remember the name). It REALLY works! But I think it’s very expensive… The price was 90€ and I bought with 50% discount (Sephora). I wouldn’t even want to look to the price of the anti-wrinkle lol But it’s really good!

    Hi Zuzanna,

I know you are a Youtube fan because it has helped you along the way and that is why I am going to give you two links to two amazing gurus!

The first one is by Fuzkittie, if you wanted to know anything or everything (the ins and outs) about skincare, she is the person to go to! She is well, I don’t want to say freak, but obsessed about skin. She could tell you everything about it and she does use a lot of anti-aging products! You should go to her link and watch her video on anti-aging, or personally ask her questions! You could message her, I know she would be very helpful to you. Heck I”ll even do the honors in messaging her to ask her if she could help you with some tips about wrinkle creams.
    Here is her link: http://www.youtube.com/user/fuzkittie?blend=1&ob=4

The next guru is also amazing, but she is more make-up and I know she cares about her skin just as much. Although I do feel Fuzkittie knows a bit more ( I could be wrong), I know she could help you just as much. And I’ll provide her link below. I do recoommend you ask these two great gurus questions and I definatly know they would LOVE to help you becuase you help others and sharing is caring! =D

if you want a really good cream i’d reccommend “la roche-posay”. it’s a french one, gotta tell you, it’s not gonna come cheap, but it is extremely good.

well Zuzana, hope you find your right cream and i’m happy to be able to have given u a hand on this one.

    c u around ;).. good luck.

Hi Everyone, I am so happy that I have made this post, because otherwise I would never get so many great tips. I like the idea of organic creams and sun blocks so I will look into that. Thanks a lot and keep coming with more tips, its fantastic!

  • Kristina

Hi Zuzana. I’m almost 25 and I’m already into the preventative measures. Like others have mentioned, avoiding the chemicals and staying natural is a really great idea. Just for general skin upkeep, I consume 1-2 tbsp of cod liver oil a day (the lemon flavoured stuff is tolerable but still hard to swallow). It makes your hair so shiny and smooth and your nails amazingly strong as well. It keeps the skin plump and soft and very smooth.
Using Dead Sea Salt for exfoliating is a great idea. Once a week though as the natural minerals are drying on the skin.
Extra Virgin coconut oil is amazing as well. Consumed regularly its not only fantastic for your digestion but also for maintaining healthy skin. I combine Irish oatmeal with water and coconut oil and a little lemon juice for astringent qualities and voila, you have a home made facial mask! I’m not sure how these items will be at tightening skin and smoothing wrinkles, but I’m certain they will help prevent any in the future. Good luck :)

Nothing is instant. Start NOW with moisturizer. it doesnt really matter as long as its moisturizing ur fae. and lots of sunblock too. eucerin is a good brand but start now, dont wait for the wrinles to appear, after ur 30s they wont go away

  • Deana

I’ve heard wonderful things about Strivectin. You can see reviews on YouTube. It’s advertised as a Stretch Mark cream orginally, but they later found out it’s wonderful for wrinkles;o) Hope that helped some!

I’m a few yrs older then you and I’m starting to see small lines, too. I’ve been using Shiseido Brand and Chanel products. I’ll probably go to the Strivectin next;o)

Can’t wait to see your review!

    Deana

  • Jen

I am inheriting the same lines on my forehead that my Dad has! At 80, he looks great but how will I look? I am going to try Tanya’s Vitamin E recommendation. I too have problems with acne. Many anti-wrinkle creams make my face break out or they cause a rash.
To exfoliate, I sometimes use baking soda! It makes my skin feel very smooth. Its cheap too!
How about dark circles under the eyes? Ive tried many fading creams to no avail. Any ideas?
About the sun tanning… I was teased all my life for not tanning in the sun. I couldnt, I just burned to easily. As I approach 40 and attend reunions with those former classmates, I am thankful I limited my sun exposure! Lets also not forget about skin cancer that can form without the protection of a good SPF cream!

  • VerminChowder

Also try this, natural soap that doesn’t have chemicals like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate:
    product: Complexion Beauty Pure Soap
    price: 12-Bar pkg. $20.00
    website: http://www.calbenpuresoap.com/beautybar.htm
    pros: all natural chemical-free soap
cons: None I know. I need to try it out myself to find out if any.

I haven’t tried this either but I”m enticed to try it out soon. It seems I never have time to try things that I feel I should.

Also try to find all natural deodorant. I heard about crystal rock deodorant or something like that.

    Zuzana,
I’m almost 34 and have been in the cosmetics industry for about 6 years. I’ve tried a TON of creams/serums and really….I don’t think there is anything that can repair wrinkles. Some of them help to keep the skin hydrated which will then help PREVENT more wrinkles, but I just don’t think anything will get rid of them.
On the other hand, my best friend just had Restylane injections in the same area you are concerned about around the mouth and she looks great. The product supposedly builds a trellis in the layers of your skin and then helps to rebuild collagen on top of the trellis….or something like that. She did all the research, and I am going to look into it possibly as well. I’m a little scared of invasive stuff like that, but it took YEARS off her appearance without looking like anything was done at all and it only took like 30minutes!!!

  • Marisa

    Hello Zuzana,

I used to be a real cream junkie until I found out what they put into them…
Besides the “active” ingredients, these creams and most cosmetics, are loaded with chemicals such as parabens, formaldehyde and BHT just to name a few.

A lot of products are rated for safety on the cosmetic database from the Environmental Working group: http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com/index.php and http://www.ewg.org/

There’s also a rating for safest and best sun care products:
    http://www.ewg.org/whichsunscreensarebest/2009report

You can also check out this site:
    http://parabenfreeprincess.blogspot.com/
This person tries most products she reviews, and a lot (but not all) are safer alternatives.

Products from the Burt’s Bees line, I find are both safe and work well.
I have yet to find a “natural” wrinkle cream, in the meantime I am tempted to try Jake’s sesame oil recipe lol!
I know, getting older sucks but you’re already doing everything right and you look fantastic!

    Take care,
    Marisa

I can relate perfectly to where you’re at. I am 45 and have spent a ridiculous amount of money on the so-called best wrinkle creams from anywhere online to spas to drug stores. It’s extremely frustrating. However, I will say this. The more I spent, the less effective I found the product (ironically). I personally love the Roc products. Of course, if you can get your hands on Retin-A … it’s the best. You can mix it into your moisturizer to diminish its strength a bit, but it works wonderfully. If you can’t, though, I stand by the Roc products. Have fun searching and … trust me, don’t throw your money away. Hope it helps

  • Todd

Hello Zuzana. My rfirst ecommendation (of two) is to follow the advice of Consumer Reports, which has applied more rigorous testing to a greater variety of anti-wrinkle treatments than most of us have the resources to do individually.

You can easily read about the tests they performed and the specific products (by brand name) they discovered to work the best by doing a web search for “Consumer Reports wrinkle”. (The information is available for free, and you don’t have to subscribe to Consumer Reports to get it.) Their overall general findings were: (a) price often isn’t related to effectiveness; (b) what works well for one person may not work at all for another; and (c) at best, the improvement anti-wrinkle treatments offer is visible but minor.

I also recommend taking large doses of antioxidants, which you may do already. I’ve done this for over three decades, and while I certainly haven’t escaped the effects of age, I think it’s fair to say they’ve been slowed down by this. Vitamins C and E, grape seed extract or pycnogenol, alpha lipoic acid, selenium, beta carotene, and green tea extracts are my favorites; there are also quite a number of others. Hyalronic acid is a supplement I’m also looking into that is supposed to hydrate tissue (including skin) and help sustain collagen; I’ve heard good things about it, but can’t say much yet from personal experience.

Good luck! When it comes to aging, I admire the aim of Jhoon Rhee. Mr. Rhee is from Korea, and decades ago was instrumental in making Tae Kwon Do a popular activity in the U.S. Now in his 70′s I believe, he still works out hard, and has the look and vitality of someone much younger. Hello Zuzana!!!!!!

First off, I just came across your site less then 2 weeks ago after seeing a video of you(It looked like a yoga/pilates) video, and I was hooked. I have a similar body type like yours, I am thin (I once read I have an inverted triangle body) and for the past 8 years I’ve wanted to become very strong and toned, lol, well I am 21 right now and weigh 96 lbs. And I saw you and I was like “woah!, I look really similar to her but she has the muscle!” and I realized I can achieve my goal, because all the women I’ve seen in exercise videos are toned but they have a thicker body, and well let’s just say it was not motivational because I am very thin. And you have such an amazing body, and it’s amazing the exercises you do, no machines, just how you say, back to the basic exercises. And I got back into exercising ( I used to run a lot but in ’06 I messed up my sciatica, and stopped) with no other then your beginner work outs, which I LOVE! But I have to tell you it wasn’t just the evidence of your workouts(your muscle) or the exercise, it was you, your personality that is really welcoming. I just want to thank you for everything you have done on this website.

So, sorry for getting side-trackted on your question. I am on a high raw diet and lifestyle, and I’ve found a lot of anti-aging and longevity advice within that community. There is a great manual which is cheap at healyourself101.com, from Markus Rothkranz(he is really cool and down to earth too). I highly recommend his ebook The Raw Food Diet and Lifestyle($29.99 US) but if you just want to cut to the chase for skin conditions the ebooklet “SKIN-wrinkles, Acne,Cellulite,Collagen,Eczema, Psoriasis.” It’s really straight to the point and only cost $9.99 US. He and many other raw food people recommend MSM powder or supplements, soaps, facial soaps and creams. Which I really believe they work, you could probably find them at your local health food store.
There is a great Canadian raw fitness instructor, Yuri Elkaim, he was an ex professional soccer player, you can check him out at http://www.totalwellnessconsulting.ca/press_totalwellness_toronto.htm . He has an ebook that is great too, Eating for Energy; I go to him and you for my exercise tips. And if you have time I HIGHLY recommend youtubing Daniel Vitalis, he is AMAZING! And last but not least is David Wolfe, he has a load of info on everything, and has a book called Eating for Beauty, which is great too. He talks alot on getting “grounded” or touching the earth with bare skin, he probably has a lot of vids on youtube.

I have learned A LOT from these people, and if you really get into the raw food scene( I don’t want you to feel like I am bombarding you, but I think these are some of the best people so far in the raw community, and I hope it’s helpful, kinda like a cheat sheet) the following are GREAT too.

    rawmodelcom.blogspot.com/
-Anthony is a gorgeous raw model that is really down to earth, this is his girlfriends site http://happyhealthybalance.blogspot.com/

    The Boutenko family
    - They are a Russian family that were all really sick and are thriving on the raw diet. Their Green for Life book is great.

    http://mattmonarch.blogspot.com/
    - this blog, Raw Success is a video blog that is really cool.

    http://oneluckyduck.com/sarma/
I think you’ll really connect with Sarma, she’s so beautiful just like you, and she recommends this truly natural make up brand, they might have creams, it is beatytruth.com

Kevin and Annemarie are very informative and funny, it is a video blog

And I highly recommend the book Not Just a Pretty Face by Stacy Malkan, which exposes a lot on the makeup and other industries and their toxic side effects.

These seem ike alot but aI just sign up for the vieo blogs and receive one everyay or I check out the rawmodel.com to see if he has updates.

I know these aren’t quick fixes but they are as much of a natural, and healthy approach as you can get. But the best supplements are MSM in any for and natural forms of vitamin C like camu camu berry, amla berry, acerola cherry. You ca get them in powder form an throw them into smoothies. I really hope this helps, I know it’s a lot but I think and know and believe these are the best people to get informed for natural things and it always has to do with skin because it’s all about longevity in a youthful way. Thank you so much for your work and support, I’ll keep it up with your workouts. Have an AWESOME day!!!!!!

PS: So Sorry for making this longer but I just want to add this:
When I was around 18 I read that for wrinkle creams to work we should apply them in our early 20′s so I figured that at 20 I would start with a wrinkle cream regime but while investigating I stumbled upon the raw food community and it answered so many confusing questions because I felt so bombarded, like “put these cream on your eyes, this on your crow feet, this on that, this one at night, this one in the day,” my head was just spinning, there was possibly not enough time in the day to put on all the creams recommended, I even bought the yellow and black cream you held up in the vid, truly I don’t think it worked, along with some other ones at Costco, just a waste of $80. I think these was it.

A good natural sun blocker is Olive Oil, the Greeks used it a long time ago. Scientist are testing it and if you google it you will find it interesting. Be careful with all the creams out there, phenoxyethenol or anything that contains ethanol (they use these chemicals as a preservatives and are not organic). If you can’t drink it, do not rub it on your skin. I am all for natural oils, hydrating, exercising and eating healthy. I hope this helps you all …

    Hi Zuzana.

Last month was my 40 year birthday. It took me a couple of weeks to accept it because the time runs so fast that I still feel 20. Anyway, I thought I should do something about it so I went to my dermatologist and ask him what would be the best cream for my face because I start to have wrinkles of expression (my skin is mixt).
His answer, surprised me. He said that the best cream is a HIGH SUNBLOCK, wearing it constanly. So I went to a pharmacy and I bought 50 sunblock cream-gel, so is not so fat. Then he said that at night I could use a nonfat hidratating cream. That’s all¡ And you know what? It makes sense. My grandmumm had a beautiful skin, not because of using great creams but because she was always careful about the sun -in those times it wasn’t fashion to get a nice tan. I hope this well help you as you help me Zuzana. Thanks a lot for the discipline you have. Cati

  • Brynnae

    Hi Zuzana!
What was the acne cream you were using??

  • Gina M.

Hi Zuzana, here are some of my tips:

-> Use the most natural methods and products :)

Exercise regularly (I know you do :) ). You can also try exercising your face, but I personally wonder if this doesn’t accentuate expression lines.

Eat healthy! Try foods rich in…
Anti-oxidants, vitamin C throughout the day because the body doesn’t store it much,
    Vitamin A (spinach, broccoli…),
    Omega-3 (flaxseed, chia seed…)

    Drink water,
Green tea (4-6 cups throughout the day)*,

    Practice deep breathing, meditation.

Sleep as many hours as you need. If you like, take a nap (about 8 hours after waking up your body might sort of ask for it) Try to sleep on your back.

    Always remove all make-up.

Exfoliate your skin (I like the salt + olive oil, or sugar) to remove dead cells.
(Use hot water to open the pores before you clean your face; finish with cold water to wash away the product you used)

I personally don’t use creams because I don’t find them natural enough. I prefer carrier oils and essential oils. My favorites are Jojoba, Rosehip, Sesame and Wheat Germ. Jojoba and Sesame have a small sunscreen. Rose essential oil is known for its rejuvenating properties for ageing skins and wrinkles (I don’t use it, it’s too expensive for me). You should always test on a small part of your skin before using essential oils. (and learn about them; they can be dangerous)

You should avoid the sun between 11 am and 4 pm, but I advise you to expose yourself before or after, for about 15 to 20 minutes. It’s good for you, and you get vitamin D out of it.

    * About green tea… Since I eat every 2-3 hours, I don’t drink green tea because it makes it difficult for the body to absorb iron. Iron from vegetables is more difficult for the body to absorb, and since I’m vegan, that’s the only one I get. Maybe you can give me your advise on this… I should wait until my body has absorbed the iron before drinking the tea, but I should wait 1-2 hours before I eat again because the effects of the tea are still there… Maybe if I ate –before or after tea- something with no, or little, iron…? But what?

This was my advice… I’m 22 so it might be OK for the moment, but even when I ask older people they say preventing is all that works (it can slow the process, not stop it, which is still impossible)

One last thing, but very important:

    Feel beautiful no matter what!
Beauty –related to youth- is one of the reasons we try to prevent and/or hide wrinkles… but beauty can really come from the inside; wrinkles will be invisible, or even beautiful, to those who look at you.

  • http://bodyrock.tv Tania

    Hi Zuzana,

I have to tell you right out that there is NOTHING that will eliminate wrinkles. Unless you go the route of injections and face lifts and thats not even guaranteed. Just as you know that there is no miracle drug for weight loss, the same holds true for wrinkle products purchased or homemade. People can also suggest going with organic which are considerably more expensive, but guess what we live in a world that has pollution and toxins they are saturating our skin just by walking out of our front door. Your skin reflects what you are doing internally. You are on the right track with a healthy diet, excercise, vitamins, water and sunblock (preferably 30+). I don’t know if they sell the Neutrogena brand in Canada but their line is highly recommended by dermatologists in the U.S. I am 43, I live in sunny Miami, Florida and I spend my life enjoying the outdoors. I have no wrinkles with the exception of the Parenthesis around my nose and mouth. A long time ago someone told me that these wrinkles should be viewed as your badge of honor because they show the world that you have led a happy life because they are a result of a lot of laughter. I don’t know that this is necessarily true but hey I wear mine proudly. Treat yourself properly (GET 8 HOURS OF SLEEP) and don’t stress the small stuff. Beauty is within all of us and a few wrinkles over time won’t take that away : )

    Hi Zusana,
    First: don’t worry about it
    second: sense of humor..smile
third: you have to include certain kind of oily food in your diet: sunflower seed for example
fourth: don’t stay late at night (well if you need to go to get fun..do it)
five: don’t gain weight (easy for you)
six: avoid excessive exposure to the sun, drink water
    seven: be happy

I do the same thing my mom has always done…and it worked for her. She is 65, but everyone thinks she is 40! I take Cod Liver Oil everyday, do facial exercises, and take care of myself. I use creams, but am skeptical about their effectiveness and since their ingredients aren’t regulated it’s a little freaky.

Hi Zuzana, and thank you for the wonderful site. When I was 44 I ate normally and was physically fit, and my face was wrinkled all over. When I was 53 I was on Atkins and physically fit, and guess what? My face was not wrinkled even though I was 9 years older and 15 pounds lighter than before. I believe it’s the high fat in the Atkins diet that is keeping my skin nice. I know you have a different way of eating, but that’s my 2 cents worth. Have fun experimenting with the creams. Personally I never put anything on my skin except maybe aloe vera once or twice a year when winter dryness is at its worst. And I wash my face with water only–no soap. I’m 56 now, still on Atkins and still looking pretty good, although the wrinkles are catching up to me now.

I say go to http://www.bluespa.com/ Not every one’s skin will react to store bought products. Blue has many medical grade products. Ask for Rhonda for skin care advice. She owns the Medi-spa. Say Sandy sent you.(thats me) I absolutely do not work there. I do hair not skin care but I have been going there for different things for years. They have the best Botox from Europe and fillers, micro-dermabrasions, lasers, etc.. Trust me, I am 37 and I look 27. My latest photo shot lastnight is here- http://www.myspace.com/deviantaries Hope that helps!! BTW.. Pravage is something that might help. They sell it there. Its specifically made for wrinkles. xo

    Holy comments!!!

Zuzana, I think the best thing (aside from sun protection) is FACE YOGA! Just like every other muscle in your body, your face is full of muscles. Therefore, the more you work them the tighter your skin/facial area will get (:

    Here’s the book: http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Face-Eliminate-Wrinkles-Ultimate/dp/1583332774

Hope this helps! (: That way you’ll use a PREVENTION technique (just as you practice with you healthy diet and fitness) instead of a topical treatment. Get to the root of the cause instead of trying to mask it with topical products!

    This suggestion seems to be right up your alley. The exercises can look kinda silly.. I’m sure your husband will get a kick out of it~ (;

    Best,
    Lena

Hi Zuzana, just watched your video and it looks as though you are pointing out laugh lines. The way I see it they are caused by smiling and who does not love a good smile? My thought to your question is….save your money, you look fine now and I am sure you will look just as good twenty years from now if you keep up the healthy living.

    Hi Zuzana,

Having owned a Day Spa in the past I must say that the ONLY way to get rid of lines and wrinkles is BOTOX and FILLERS! Unless you have a way to get pure GH so as to REVERSE the signs of aging, its unfortunate but it happens to the best of us.
Don’t worry about your wrinkles! You are the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen.

  • pirhan

You’re too cute! I’m 26, and have noticed wrinkles and rougher skin on my forehead. I take Omega Nutrition 3:6:9 oil blend capsules and use Kiss My Face peaches & crème: http://www.kissmyface.com/natfacecarepages/natfacecarepage.html

Collagen may be something you may want to look at too as it keeps the skin elastic.

Overall, I wouldn’t worry too much. Worrying will only make them look worse in your eyes. You’re beautiful, so please don’t fret too much about them! <3

    Hello Zuzana,

Aspirin mask is not something new. Many people are not aware of this amazing mask and
potential mask that has been clearing your skin. Aspirin is made out of salicylic acid. Also, known as beta hydroxy acid, BHA for short. BHA is an exfoliant and has anti-inflammatory properties, it causes a cell on epidermis to untick itslef removing dead skin cells off and allowing regrows of new skin. Study have shown that BHA improves wrinkles, high pigmentation of the skin, photodamaged skin, roughness and also acne. Whenever you will get a chance visit your local drugstore you will see many skincare products are catered to acne prom skin contains BHA in their ingredients. Instead of calling BHA they like to label it as salicylic acid. They usually come in at the concentration of 1% or 2%. The down side of the salicylic acid is skin becomes more sensitive to the sun by 50% meaning you will need good SPF +30 moisturizer after using this mask. Find one that contains UVA and UVB protection. UVB affects the outer layer of epidermis, which causes sunburn. While UVA affects deeper into the skin which causes cancer. Now that we know aspirin basiclly is one of the main ingredient of many expensive acne products. We can be happy to know that aspirin costs few dollars.

You will need a bottle of standard aspirin. Make sure that aspirin is uncoated. Or you can pick up BC powder. BC is basically powdered aspirin with caffeine. Caffeine is known to remove toxins from the skin cells and helps to improve the surface of the skin. Remember avoid coated aspirin. Don’t forget honey. Honey contains enzymes that’s been proven to heal the skin. It helps to restore and rejuvinate the skin making it appear younger, softer and smoother. If you are allergic to honey it is recommended to use aloe vera instead or use just plain aspirin.

Make sure your face is clean first. Use aloe vera or honey. Take 3 tablets of aspirin (pour 1 or 2 tablespoon of water) or one packet of BC powder (pour 1 tablesppon of water). Then pour few drops of honey or aloe vera. Mix the mass and apply on your face. Please avoid the eye area. Wait 15 minutes. Rinse off your face with cicular motions to expoliate you skin.

Personally, I love the aspirin mask and it makes my skin soft and look fresh.
    Hope you will like it!

hey zuzana… i think maybe the wrinkles come from your stress… even though you have a fit body, perfect diet and enough sleep, but when it come to stress, nothing can deny it may effect your body especially the skin(because it visually appear)… try to relax, not trying too hard or be hard on yourself… one other thing that may get the wrinkles appear is because you lack of antioxidant diet… try to eat more fruits or any supplements that contain high antioxidant… just a 2 cents from me and i hope you’ll try it out… wish you all the best zuzana… cheers! =)

Hello Zuzana…. I think the best wrinkle remover is the Olay Regenerist… I’ve use it many times… Works fine! You should try it… And its only $25… Not bad… Just use twice a day… Then 3 week later you will get results…

  • vitriolica

hello zuzana! first of all, don’t fret too much about your wrinkles, you look very healthy and pretty and young! :) second, i’ve had some experience with cosmetics and skincare as i used to work for some cosmetic brands and also i’ve been to skin doctors for help with my acne-prone, oily skin.

the two most important things doctors have consistently told me to use are sunblock (with UVA and UVB protection) and moisturizer. if you have oily skin, use an oil-free moisturizer and if you have dry skin, use a richer one with anti-aging properties. jojoba oil is a fantastic moisturizer as it is the closest oil to the sebum that our skin naturally provides. if you are looking for off-the-counter brands, i would recommend chanel’s sublimage moisturizer, which is their premium skincare product. it really smoothed out my face and made it softer and plumper over time; however, it does come with a hefty price tag at about US$300 i believe.

alternatively, you can try pharmaceutical products that have been proved to work on skin. these would be retinols/retinoids such as retin-A, tretinoin, and alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) which exfoliate the skin and promotes that ‘glow’. these products worked REALLY well on me, and they have a real anti-aging benefit as well, i did some research before buying them. do not buy off-the-shelf AHA and retinol products because those are too diluted. if you want stronger and more effective products, you need a prescription and thus you will need to see a doctor. do consider consulting a dermatologist as everyone’s skin is different; what worked for me may not work for you.

also, if you want to prevent wrinkles, sleep on your back, not on your side. don’t let your face touch the pillow as the pillow’s fabric will pull at your facial skin. when you are washing your face or removing makeup, use upward and outward strokes instead of circular motions which tug at your skin and loosen elasticity. by moving your fingers upwards and outwards, over time it will operate like a natural ‘face-lift.’

i hope this helps. best of luck!

  • ironete

Zuzana, You are just so sweet. One thing that I have realized in getting older is (I am 30) you are going to have wrinkles. No matter what time will catch up with you so there is no point in running from it. Does that mean you just sit & wait. No. This means that you take care of yourself. You already do that. You exercise, eat right, get sleep, all that good stuff. Protect your skin. Don’t hide from the sun yet don’t go out unprotected either.

My mother in law & her sisters look fabulous. They did those things. Well maybe not exercise but they did take good care of their skin. Haven’t put a lot of products on their skin either. They stuck with the regular stuff that they found they liked and drank water. (I am thinking as I am typing) I guess that is all you can do. I will say my husbands mom is 56, my mom is 50 & my mom looks like she could be Garry’s mom (Gary is my hubby :) ) Nancy is beautiful & looks like she is 30 or 35 still. She has always tried to take care of herself. My mom I love her dearly yet, she smoked, tanned, drank (not a drunk either, social drinker) and lived for the now without thinking about tomorrow. Now she is paying the price for it.

So, in the end just take care of yourself honey, you look fab.:D There is no way to avoid wrinkles except to stop smiling. Thats’ where mine come from. I have laugh wrinkles & that is a ok with me :)

  • ironete

I just read about the asprin mask though, I think I might try that.

Hi Zuzana…I have had some amazing results with Neutrogena Microdermabrasion kit…It really has helped get rid of any fine lines and wrinkles I had, and minimizes pores. Not sure what part of Canada you live in (I’m in Vancouver, BC) but you can get it at London Drugs for $40 or order it from Amazon.com, you can also read the reviews there. Oh yeah and it leaves your face as soft as a babies bottom :-) Give it a try and you won’t be dissappointed!!! Love your videos by the way, keep it up!

Zuzana, First off you’re site is awesome. So inspiring and motivational and you look great girlfriend!

Secondly: here is an excellent article from oprah.com on this, give it a read. http://www.oprah.com/article/omagazine/val_omag_200706_wrinkle

Bottom line is STAY OUT OF THE SUN and wear sunscreen (UVA and UVB protection) and a hat when you go out. DON’T be fooled by overpriced products that claim to remove wrinkles, it’s a money grab.

    Keep up the excellent work.

  • Mel Davis (Cutchswife from youtube)

Wrinkle creams are a complete waste of money Zusana. You are doing all of the right things. The wrinkle between your nose and your mouth is natural line and some of those line are more prominent than others it depends on your genes. What I would do personally, is to start having regular facials and ask the consultant for tips on tightening up your facial muscles so as to stop sagging.

What you mustn’t do is stop obsessing. We can’t stay young forever but we can look after ourselves so we stop the most important degeneration-DISEASE.

You are looking fantastic so stop worrying. :)

I wasn’t implying that you yourself was obsessed. I looked back at what I wrote to you and I made a mistake in my delivery. Apologies. I meant that message to all women really. The Hollywood obsession with beauty and slimness can make us psychologically paranoid without us really noticing and I didn’t want you going down that path. Believe me, you look amazing and you are my inspiration.

I agree with Fredrick these products are invented to drain the money out of our pockets. I have regular facials and I am always getting compliments about my skin. You said the wrinkle ‘bothered you’ so I got the impression you were worrying about it. ;) apologies for the misunderstanding.

  • EB

    Hi Zuzana,

I have seen my mum getting youger over the last 2 years and when I asked her how she managed she told me she was using la creme de la mer… you can check it out on http://www.cremedelamer.com
I just know from my lectures at uni that most of the anti aging products just pump you up with fluid… simplified they mix substances in the cremes which make water follow them into the skin and so little wrinkels can “disappear”… but just until the substances are washed out again. If you are happy with that (like most of people) great!
Other creams like la mer keep your skin very moist and smooth, skin seems to be more elastic and fresh… don’t ask me how it works. If you are happy with that, great!!
and if you are still not happy than just go to the clostest plasic surgeant and let botox your little wrinkels. I studied medicine myself so I can advertise for it, I would never do it but I think if people are unhappy with themselves so fair enough… just do it. But I think that some wrinkels just make you beautiful as well: they are a sign that you laughed and smiled in your live ;-) … and why would I never botox myself? Because I think that mimic and expression in our face make us all look beautiful and interesting. So I just stick to my everyday cold water and simple nivea cream, never go into the sun (never went), drink a lot of water and just smile…

    Hi Zuzana,

…you want to get rid of the Parentheses hah! Welcome to the club… I agreed 100% with Paola and Vitriolica; the pillow thing is very true(who made comments early on) it depends on how much you are willing to spend and how drastic you want to be. Also, Luci named a couple of good products. However remember it is a natural proces… that we can -Thank God- slow down by doing all the right things ;D Oh, try a to get a facial every 6 weeks or so it really helps a lot. I’m sure you’ll see excellent results once you start geting them continuosly.

    Good Luck!

  • Jacquie

Sticking with the natural (and inexpensive) theme – a nice sugar shower is great. Put some sugar in a bowl. Then scrub your skin. The sugar will naturally break down so it’s not so rough. If you are willing to get sticky, honey is known to keep moisture in. I found the sugar was good enough and leaves my skin soft. Combine it with olive oil to get hydrate your skin even more! These are two products we all have in our pantry. Well ok – maybe Zuzana has to go buy sugar…just don’t eat it.

  • Andrea

    Hi Z,

I was just wondering, you mentioned in your notes below the video that you finally found an acne remedy. Would you mind sharing what you use? Do you have oily skin? I have really oily skin and have tried everything under the sun to get rid of my acne :( At almost 26 years old and a mother of a 3 year old, I’m tired of looking like a pimply faced teenager! :P

As far as wrinkle creams, I havent gotten to that point yet, still dealing with the acne lol, but I’ve always heard that prevention is easier than repair. You are doing all the right things so far and starting the creams early will help too. Good luck in your search!

One last thing…why doesnt Frederick ever show his face?? I’d love to see the man behind the amazing woman! Just a question lol

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Hi Andrea,

the product that helped me to get rid of my acne is Pro Active and it costs about 50 dollars but it last me for almost 6 months. It comes with a scrub, tonic, cream and some extra creams and mask. My skin is mixed. My t zone tent to be more oily and the rest is dry. I am trying to convince Frederick to show up on some of the videos, but no luck with it yet:)

  • Peg

Your only 27! Your doing everything right, right now (I’m 44 I know). water, clean eating, genetically you cannot control everything, so embrace.
Look into this product made in Germany all natural, (Dr. Hauschka) The select products from this line repaired so much damage I exposed myself to in my youth. What you do now will show up later gals so don’t lay in sun or tanning beds, you’ll pay the price later.

Love your site, will be fun to see your site grow in popularity Zuzana. I came across it through gymboss, how I found them was through “Hers” Muscle & Fitness magazine.

  • Marcos

So can we expect an appearance from Frederick anytime soon?

  • http://n/a Ubreako

You have a great attitude and good positive energy. Just remember while fitness is important, live it up a little. Do you have any exercises for love handles ? Mine just wont go away !!

    Hi Zuzana,
I’ve been watching your videos for quite sometime now. So im deciding to quit the gym now and follow your workouts.
You are very creative with your workouts!
I’ve come across this wrinkle cream from some of my girl friends who use it. They recommended me to use it for my wrinkle lines on my forehead and I actually found a chance.
Heres the web site to check it out…

  • Marianne from Northern Ireland

Hi Zuzana, My opinion on this is simple. No cream can take away wrinkles, nor should we want it to. Wrinkes tell stories about how we have lived and, that infact, we have lived. I feel saddened that so many people want to rid their bodies of these “time-lines”. You live a very healthy life and do everything you can do to minimise the actual harmful effects from damaged skin which ultimatley is cancer. You look young for your age, so embrace that. I too have recently turned 27 so I understand the pressure you’re under to look good. But make sure your body and skin get plently vit E and moisture. I wonder sometimes about these creams (which are chemials at the end of the day) what harm they do to our skin. And not just to your wallet either!!

Just keep doing what you’re doing and maybe cut out the coffee?! ;)

    Marianne

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Hi Marianne,

you are right of course, but cutting back on my coffee??? NOOOO :) I can’t do that. That is the only bad habit that I have left and I don’t want to give it up.

  • http://www.kiplingerpandy.com Lori

Okay – really feeling old here (48) and snickering a bit at the youngsters under 25 who think they’re seeing wrinkles ;-)

First off, stop “tanning”. That’s the number one thing that will prevent wrinkles. I have a friend who’s 56 with stunning white hair and not a wrinkle. She grew up in the northeast of USA (there isn’t much sun there) and noticed her German aunts who wore gloves and hats and had no wrinkles. Then she looked at her neighbors who baked in the sun and saw their leathery skin. She made the choice to avoid sunning herself and now enjoys lovely, soft skin.

I grew up in Florida as a fair/blonde girl long before the invention of sunblock. We’d burn until we bled on the hot Florida beaches. Sure wish I knew then what would happen. Tan = damage…especially for fair skinned people.

As for creams – well I’ll admit to trying as many as I can too. I’d agree that exfoliating and moisturizing are key. I’ve used expensive lotions and I’ve used plain olive oil.

I would say that Oil of Olay products have done as much as very expensive named products. Nothing has really made any huge difference so far, so I simply buy something affordable that feels nice and smells good and gives my spirits (if not my skin) a lift.

  • Leslie

Arbonne is all I have to say!

    http://www.arbonne.com

  • Amanda

    Don’t smile anymore… jk :)

So I don’t know if this is true, but I read in a magazine that once you are in your twenties you should start using lotions and body washes that have some kind of “anti aging” property to it to help prevent wrinkles so that you don’t have to try and reverse them once they start appearing. I just figure since I have to shower and put lotion on everyday anyway, I might as well just change my products (in hope that they are helping lol)

A lot of face washes and lotions that help with wrinkles have Alpha Hydroxy Acid in it and all this does is exfoliate. It helps speed the process of renewing your skin.

Hope this helps a little bit.

OH! one more thing. This might seem weird, but it is extremely inexpensive and it actually works really well… After you wash your face at night before going to bed, put a little bit of vaseline where your wrinkles are. Vaseline is hypoallergenic and non comedogenic (won’t clog pores)… really, you should give it a try… Best of luck!

    Amanda

Good news for natural “wrinkle treatment”. My mom came back from China yesterday – she studies tradicional chinese medicine (acupunture, qi kung, macrobiotic, etc.) – and told me that natural beautician use pearl powder mixed with daily cream as an anti-wrinkle. She bought it in Beijing and I think it’s not commercialized in western countries, but you can search on the web, or in Canada/USA.
    Good luck!

Whoohooo,.. nobody mentioned EMU, I actually get to contribute something useful. hee hee…
Anyway EMU oil is one of the most potent Transdermal oils you can find. Thus, it will penetrate all 7 layers of your skin in order to act as a catalyst or carrier for other nutrients. Therefore, you can use EMU oil in your own concoctions. ( which is what I do, and I’m a guy, and not gay either. Just a preference. ) Again, anyway, mix EMU with Vitamin E oil to deeply penetrate scarred tissue for faster healing or removal of those stubborn blemishes. EMU oil is the perfect base for any skin treatment “potion”. The only downside is that it’s very Oily. hahah .

I think Montana Emu oil is the original and most pure, anyway they were the first, now there’s alot of brands available. There’s also these Vitamin C products for the skin, that
    are really good.

    Hi Zuzana,

my name is Suzanne and I’m also 27 years old and have just started using Cindy Crawford’s anti-wrinkle cream. I usually don’t buy things on infomercials on TV, however, when they explained that they use extract from a rare French melon that stayed fresh and firm much longer than similar varieties, and helps to prevent wrinkles, it got my attention. They have 30-day trial kit for 30$, and if you don’t like it, you can ask for a refund. However, on top of the cleanser they provide, I have to use my own exfoliant, since they don’t have that in the kit. Check it out since it’s really worth it… my favorite product in that line is the eye serum, since I use it on my laughing lines around my mouth as well, and works perfectly. Check it out since it works very well and not expensive at all. http://www.meaningfulbeauty.com/the_science/our_discovery.php

    Good luck with your search!

Dear Zuzana, first of all thanks a lot for all your wonderful work. I started
making regular physical activity and enjoying it only lately, and your videos
were a decisive point in favor of that. I am so little self-confident that just
looking at the passion you put in your workouts helps me a lot. Of course I
would lie if I didn’t admit that your amazing shape and eastern accent played a
role too ;) Now you are asking advice, and, since I’m quite older than you are,
I’m happy to give you my two cents. My little thank you.

Women seem to be particularly sensitive to the exterior effects of aging. This
fact has sound biological reasons, but I don’t think wrinkles are the issue to
focus on. Matter is: all of the known remedies against aging (creams in
particular) are well known to have only temporary effects, forcing the user to
apply them continuously in order to get the feeling of rejuvenation. They are
another clever illusion Mankind has invented to deceive itself in the attempt
to forget that living IS aging. Every mythology on Earth has the immortality
concept built in. This has a lot to do with wrinkles :)

You are so young… OMG two-seven you said. I already know you will not be
convinced by my words, and will try anyway some creams, and I know the following
steps too. I have observed them so many times :)

But I can add another point to my argument: the wrinkles you point at in your
video and that annoy you so much have little to do with aging. They are due to
facial expression. Had you them not, that would mean that you never smiled, or
cried. Not even eaten a meal. Probably you would be like one of those immortals
    in the mythology: passionless.

Want an anecdote? Here it is: a famous, incredibly expressive Italian actress
(Anna Magnani) was about to act in a very intense scene. She was no longer
young, and her face always had been far from any fashion magazine ideal of
beauty. The crew approaches and they want to apply make up to cover some of the
wrinkles. She answers: “Are you crazy? It took my whole life to get them”.

    All the best.

    Hola,
Im from Chile. You know wrinkles will arrive anyway, but we can make it later and softer.
I consider Clinique is a good brand and they can explain the 3 steps to keep your skin in good condition with proper products: Clean, moisture and
In other hand, i will let you know a secret found at internet. Its a expensive cream, but it seems the best one. It was made by a scientific who suffered an accident, so trying a lot of experiments, he did it.http://www.cremedelamer.com/index.tmpl?ngextredir=1.

Hi, Zuzana! You are very beautiful and I understand how you feel about those fine lines. At bedtime, I gently apply unscented castor oil on fine lines, even under the eyes. Castor oil works as a serum and it’s very inexpensive and natural and I can guarantee that it works!

    Hello Zuzana,

This is my first time to your site. I just saw some of your videos on youtube a found this question of yours interesting and after reading though some of the replies from your viewers. I would have to say Gina M. response is probable the best and most realistic advice you can get. So far, your current lifestyle is already on the right track, so you shouldn’t worried to much about a wrinkles.

What surprise’s me, is no one explained why you get wrinkles. If your into science, research topics on Mitochondrion. It’s still arguable psychic, but according to some Physicist, when the mitochondrion cell dies or is under stressed, it release small energy bust, which has the ability to cause damage to skin cells, pain in your joints and muscles, and speeding up the aging process.

Anyway, I hope this information helps you in your quest to find a wrinkle free remedy.

Alright Zuzana. Let’s cut the crap and get straight to the point. Those expensive over the counter wrinkle creams are just a marketing scheme to burn a hole in your pocket and everyone buys into the hype. If you seriously really want to know the truth about wrinkles and how they happen let’s look at the biology of living organisms. Our bodies produce enzymes to regulate cellular growth. As we age, we produce fewer of these enzymes which are the catalysts for life and every organ in our body.

Both men and women start producing fewer of these “enzymes” as we age, especially in our late 20′s and 30′s. Our diet/nutrional intake plays a large role in this. So a good/dietary supplement intake of pure “Systemic Enzymes”, are a good place to start. My recommendations are Vitalzym or Zymitol, Omega Oils like Flax Seed or Omega 3 Fish Oil are also vital.

As for “lotion”, “moisturizers”, I would recommend Nivea Body. The best one to use would be for “Very Dry Skin” and should contain Almond Oil and Vitamin E. Only $6 Australian. Put on the face, three times a day, or after your get out of the shower. I am 30 and have been using heavy moisturizers lotions since i was 14, and don’t have any wrinkles. Stay out of the sun, don’t use tanning beds, exercise, eat healthy, don’t smoke, and you should be good to go. Make it a great day.

    -Danny

  • Natasha

    Hi Zuzanna,

I am new to your website but I saw some of your workout routines on youtube before. I think you have one of the best bodies in the fitness industry, I am actually surprised you are not an Oxygen model!:)

As for the wrinkles – the best advise I’ve ever heard is to use a sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection and reapply it often. UVA are the rays that actually cause wrinkles and get deep down into our skin to break the collagen down. UVB are heat rays that cause burning and redding of the skin. During daytime use a powder with UVA/UVB sunscrean for touch ups (if you wear make up) and drink plenty of water – but I guess you are keeping up witn water anyways:) You have to exfoliate dead skin cells from the surface with either or products (or both of them) for the best results.

As for the daily care, someone suggested to check http://www.cosmeticscop.com and I agree this is the most comprehensive skincare website that is out on the internet. Her products are really really good and at affordable pricies and I do recommend to try them out. I am dissapointed with her make up line, but skincare is the best I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried a lot, believe me:)

Paula Begoun will be in Toronto October 1 at Yorkdale mall, Indigo bookstore at 7 pm for a presentation and book signing if you want to check it out but you’ll have to RSVP on her website.

You can also try acidic peels and other salon treatments (they actually do work) to even out the surface of the skin an dget rid of small wrinkles when you are still young but the place you go should be reputable and not “only a SPA”, it should have medical staff.

Thanks for posting all your workput routines! I will definitely have a much closer look at your website and all resources that you put here. I can ony imagine how much hard work you and Frederick put into this website.

  • someome

one more important thing: when you are putting on any creams, move your fingers from center of your face (forehead, nose, chin) in direction to your ears. always.

    Hi Zuzana
so I have read a few of these comments and felt I should leave mine as well…

I am a beauty therapy lecturer with 6 yrs experience and can only recommend 1 thing; the elemis pro collagen range. Firstly I won’t lie to you it’s not cheap however, it is the only british skincare company who have all of their products independantly tested. They do not bother with consumer surveys as they are unreliable and prove nothing about how effective a product is. They have spent over a decade developing this range and continue to do so. I don’t use the whole range myself as I am only 24 but will start when I hit 25 as this is about the time the ageing process starts

now then as for the comments regarding creams like this being a bad thing I can completely undrstand where people r coming from. But what you need to remember is a lot of these products are very cleverly marketed and the only thing a cream needs to have in it to be pased off as anti ageing is an SPF. Avoid these as they r a scam you might as well just by a good SPF! Another thing is that it is very hard for consumers to make informed decisions due to there being so much choice out there so my advice is this; avoid beauty counters like the plague for a start very few if the girls who work at them actually have any beauty qualifications at all. For example I was told by one to buy this amazing moisturiser which apparently penetrates deep into the 20 layers of the skin! Impressive when in fact there are only three distinct layers of the skin! secondly they are hard sellers and I would question anyone who tried to sell me something for my skin when I have a face full of make up! Go to a reputable beauty salon and ask them for a full consultation and maybe a basic facial; this should include a verbal consultation, a skin analysis – where they look at your bare skin through a magnifying lamp to determine your skin type and condition then after the facial they can give a true recommendation as to what the best thing is for you

please also remember that anti ageing creams are a preventative and not a cure so considering you are a fit healthy active 27 yr old you will get the best results with the best products for your skin. Providing you continue to look after your skin and don’t take it for granted. I would love to give u a skin a analysis and a recommendation! But anyway good luck and please keep us posted on how u get on hopefully my knowledge is of use to you

    Sam xxx

    Hey Zuzanna,
I just turned 21 and the thought of wrinkles freak me out also. I have been studying to become a homeopathic practitioner for a few years now and I have some advice that could help you even though your face is beautiful. If you have or can get an Aloe vera plant, GET ONE! The gel in the plant have tons medicinal properties. It is a wonderful moisturizer that tones and tightens the skin. The healthier your plant is the healthier your skin will be. You could also buy the extracted gel from MountainRose.com but I personally find it more fulfilling to have a plant that is cleaning my air and helping my skin stay healthy. Plus alot of the medicinal properties are lost during the extracting process. It is definitely one of my favorite house plants. Aloe is anti-inflammatory,immune supporting, skin toner, wound and tissue healer. It has also been used for several thousand years ….. a lot longer then that mysterious cream you bought. (no offense but is it true) I would be very cautious what you put on your skin. If you can’t eat it I definitely would not put it on your face. Aloe is also used for mouth and throat problems. If you are allergic to latex don’t use it because aloe yields a latex. As you know, there is no over night treatment and there never will be that will be safe enough for anyone to use. When you have the plant slice it down the center peel apart both side and scrape out the gel and put it in a container or plate etc… Then apply to your face every morning or before bed which ever works for you and then you should see and feel a difference within a week or so. If not, just keep up the regimen and over time there is no reason why you should notice your (minor) wrinkles.

Let me know if this works for you and what you think. Thanks a bunch for your site and ttyl

    Tiffany

  • Tiffany

WOops I need to correct something….. on the directions for using the plants LEAF, carefully make a clean cut at the very base of ONE leaf , usually the oldest is the one you want to cut off, then slice that from the opening at the bottom of the leaf to the tip of the leaf. them open up both sides and scrape out the magical gel :o). If you do have any questions or anything just let me know. I could talk about medicinal plants all day long.

Definately check out health food stores where you get 100 % natural ingredients that your skin can actually use instead of all the chemicals out there. I’m 46 and people think I’m 25. I know it’s because of my genes but I like to take care of my skin. also I like to keep it simple. Too much crap on your face is just a waste of money. When A person who works out as much as you do, you lose alot of subcutaneous fat in your face and that’s why you get wrinkles faster than those who don’t. Mom always said that as a woman gets older she should gain five pounds to make her face look nicer and she was right. You look fabulous to most people but You are a bit too thin. The only thing that matters is if you’re happy and your man is happy. You are a very beautiful girl but don’t overdo it because wrinkles are hard to get rid of. The world won’t end if you gained 5 pounds do you know what I mean. You will be sexy regardless !!
I love your website and you’re beautiful and talented !!

just my take… alot of the comments left above that mention natural / preventitive remides are solid; i would add to those and mention that focusing on quality nutrition will likely play a big role in maintaining a youthful appearance. you probably already know this but i’ll go ahead and mention it anyways… that our cells are constantly replenishing and building new cells the key is to provide our cells with an environment thats conducive to fully reproduce / replenish…. eating lots of avocados (i try to eat 2/day), drinking young coconut water naturally straight from the coconut (a natural hydrator), increasing the amount of greens in your daily nutrition intake (a great way is via a salad smoothie: 2-3cups distilled / filtered water, couple handfuls of baby spinach, 3 or 4 dinosaur kale leafs stripped of the stem, some mint leafs, an apple chopped w/o it’s core/seeds, handful of blueberries / strawberries, one banana, if possible a tablespoon of flax seeds and a tablespoon of bee pollen — put everything in a blender and blend…. and/or using a juicer: juice 2apples w/o their core/seeds, 4celery sticks, half a medium to large sized cucumber — pour juice into a blender add a tablespoon of raw hemp seeds / blend …… are some examples of good foods/ways to get quality nutrition into your body and bath your cells… if you focus from the inside out (vs) outside in you’ll likely get what you want… just bought a very good raw juice/smoothie recipe book (the above are just concoctions I came up with): have it as an ebook too – if you want just email me and I’ll send it your way……. to the good life….

    Hey Zuzanna,

In reference to Ahmed’s comment about drinking your urine. That is disgusting and hilariously true. I never heard about the drinking part but I knew a boy in high school who had acne that covered his face, neck, chest and back. This guy tried all the medicines and creams that doctors prescribed and it cleared him up temporarily but soon after returned. He met an old Cuban man at the drugstore once who told him to wash his face with his own urine every morning. The urine he used had to be the first urine of the morning. This is gross but believe it or not within about a year this boy’s face looked like a porcelain doll. I kid you not! Of course this guy did not reveal this to everyone because of the reaction most people would have but he was a good friend and told me his secret. I’ve wondered through out the years if his story was true or if he was pulling my leg but after reading Ahmed’s email, I’m sure it was a fact.

    Hi Tania,

I believe that too. I have heard many times about urine healing. My own mom told me about it although she have never tried it, I believe that she would if she had to :) and me too if I had a health problem. I had to say that I have got completely over my laugh lines, just by reading all of the comments so far :) So mission was accomplished, although I didn’t find a cure for wrinkles, I feel way better and in peace with the aging process which is exactly what I need it. Thank you internet.

I like retin- or renova available from your doctor/dermatologist. if your skin is sensitive you might not be able to use or it will take some time to get used to, but it’s the only thing really proven to rebuild skin. you will definitely need to use sunblock with this also.

  • Emily B

I love the Youthtopia cream and all of the Plantidote line from Origins! I love just about everything from origins because none of their products contain bad stuff like parabens and or harsh chemicals. They have a great non-chemical sunscreen too which is a must for preventing wrinkles :) Plus they all smell really nice and if you’re close to a department store with an origins counter or a stand-alone store they regularly do free mini facials in order to help you choose the best products for you!

    Zuzana,

I was wondering if you could do a small video biography of yourself and tell us a little bit about you, your nationality, where you grew up, current country if different, how long you have been into fitness, a typical day for you and also wanted to say you look amazing.
love the accent.. keep up the great work

  • Andrea

    Hi Zuzana,
I think there is no need to use anti-aging creams. Creams (especially rich in vitamin E) are good only to protect your skin from free radicals. Of course eating healthy is very important, especially foods rich in antioxidants (you can recognize foods which have the most anti-oxidants by color. Antioxidants give orange color to the plants or fish – carrot, gojiberries, salmon are great examples). And now the ,secret’ how to keep your skin wrinkle free is acupressure and meditation (i believe many more).Facial acupressure is simple pressing certain points on face (of course acupressure can be done on whole body) which activate energy streams in your body and this is helping circulation of blood and regenarating cells etc. Meditation is very powerfull. Our thoughts are very powerfull and can change the matter. Our skin is the matter too :)) I leave the rest to you! Have a great day!! :)

  • Karena

WEll, I didn’t take the time to read ALL the comments, but the few that I did read gave their brands they liked, and a few said that getting rid of your wrinkles is evil. Well, for those that said creams work…they do…eventually. And for those who said we should embrace our wrinkles…I hope they don’t wear makeup, curl their hair or do anything to alter their “natural” look, or they would be a hypocrite. Here is my take:

My sister has wrinkles and brown spots. She bought this amazing product by Oil olay and has used it for a year total..religously. It has work well, her spots are almost gone and her wrinkles are no more. Great product. I, on the other hand, do not have that kind of patience. When I started to finally take care of the body that I have and ate right and exercised, I expected results, which I did get in the first week…and they only got better. As far a wrikles go, I spent $450 total for 3 laser treatments. They were about 15 min. each treatment and after 1 month…no wrinkles and no brown spots. Now I use the wrinkle cream and brown spots cream daily to keep my results. Science is a beautiful thing.

  • Sarah

I would LOVE to know what the Canadian cream you found is called. I have yet to find one that works for me.

  • Fazi

    Lovely Zuzana,

God made you very pretty and all wrinkles are not avoidable, they are written in our genes so they can be delayed but not stopped. Only use creames with least number of ingredients in them. Simple creams that exfoliate skin are the best that can be done to remove wrinkles due to weather changes or sun light etc. The left overs from that are genetics and will not be cured by any magical means.
PS. you are beautiful and will look graceful as you age, not old…
    Been there, done that!
    Hope this helps,
    Fazi

Did you find any good cream that works?

  • Nicole D Lopez

I know this is probably way too late but just in case, I saw this infomertial on HSN about a wrinkle cream. It only lasts temporarily because it is more of a filler kind of thing but it looked like it really worked – no joke :)

    Hello Zuzana!

I had chemistry at school, and we actually made our own “wrinkle remover”! You really don’t know what we put in it! We even tested it on some females at the school, by applying some reaaly expensive cremes and our creme on a platter, then asked them to pick out the best one. We never told them we made one of them. And, of course, we had the girls in the chemistry class pick out a smell/perfume that we added to our creme. I’m not saying that ours was the creme which was the favourite; it was more or less equal… (“,)

Do as you do (avoid over exposure to sun, drink lots of water, avoid unhealthy products, and exercise!), and accept some wrinles. They give you character.

  • Kasia

    Dear Zuza!

I’ve just found your website yesterday and I find it amazingly motivating, to finally do something about my body shape and lifestyle! So, I guess I owe you big time!

For first wrinkles for a young woman like you I would recommend you the following products to try out:

    1. La Roche Posay – Active C (this is a series of products for first wrinkley, affordable and effective!, avaliable at pharmacies mostly)
    2. Flavo-C is a powerful yet skin-frendly serum for wrinkles with a vitamin bomb inside! Only at pharmacies, but also avaliable on online pharmacy sites.
    3. NUXE Aroma Vaillance Emulsion – is a gentle and non greasy cream for mix skin type.
    4. SkinCeuticals – are antioxidant and vitamin bombs for skin, might be a little expensive but not that much ( in Poland it is , but in Canada the price might actually be not bad!)
    5. Dr Brandt Lineless series
    6. OLAY Regenerist

Try to use products with vitamins like C, E, A and herbal essences, that just don’t have all chemistry in them! Eat healthy, drink water, and maybe try out some hydrating supplement pills (like Inneov) that work from the inside and get to the deeper skin layers.

If you want to get products with affordable prices try strawberrynet.com – they deliver all over the world and it’s way less expensive than buying at a drug store/pharmacy or beauty shops like Sephora. Just get a sample at some drugstore/pharmacy/shop and if you like it buy it online (shipping is free!).
If you compare prices of products there and at for excample Sephora you will really see a big price difference!

I hope it was helpful and I’m going back to watch more of your videos to make out my very own workout plan with those!

    Greetings from Poland!

    Kasia

If you are searching for antiaging beauty products make sure the products you select contain collagen and elastin.

While many are engrossed in looking for the best anti-aging product, there are also people who maintain an indifferent approach to aging. They just don’t see aging as a big deal thus they make no effort to maintain skin moisture.

A diet rich in fruits and vegetables can contribute to the elasticity of your skin.A good anti-aging skin care treatment never underestimates the value of taking 10-12 glasses of water daily.

A healthy way of life will sure have a great impact on your anti aging beauty treatment.

I am a skin guru, I swear by all natural home remedies. I have such a blast at home with my husband trying all the wonderful yummy recipes for the skin! All you need to do is search home remedies for skin, all kinds of things will pop up. Right now I am in the process of packing. But I have alot of my fav websites I get my recipes from. ;) Also I use skin biology, makeup artists choice.com I also just recently got done researching a company 100 percent pure I am going to be ordering products from them soon. Please please be careful with the over the counter beauty products. Go all Natural. And if you need help let me know. I think you are an absolute doll and you are very simple and easy to follow. Thanks again ;)

  • Millason

Hi Zuzana! I agree with Paola. Definitely check out the website http://www.cosmeticscop.com; it belongs to skin care expert Paula Begoun. She has spent several decades doing research and evaluating skin care products, and I really trust her opinion. There is no way to get rid of wrinkles besides using Botox, dermal fillers, or lasers. Creams won’t do it, but they can lessen the deepness of the wrinkle. The three most important things you can do for your skin to reduce the signs of aging and prevent further aging are:

1.) Use a sunscreen (which you seem to already be doing)
2.) Use a prescription strength retinoid (either Differin, Retin-A, Retin-A Micro, or Renova)
3.) Use a moisturizer with a lot of antioxidants and cell-communicating ingredients

Paula Begoun recommends lots of products in different price ranges, but she also now has her own skincare line that is incredibly effective as well as affordable (the most expensive item is $22.95, and you can find everything at http://www.cosmeticscop.com). She has another site, http://www.beautypedia.com. You pay a yearly subscription, and then you have access thousands of reviews of thousands of products. Both of these websites are handy.

(P.S. I do not work for her. She just really knows her stuff, and her knowledge has transformed my skin).

The ONLY products that have changed my skin (not just the appearance) are from Aloette, especially their platinum line. You can get it from the Canadian shopping channel or the brand website. These products work! I haven’t bought anything else for 4 years and people are always underestimating my age.

  • Maria

I love your website!!! My workout had gotten so repetitious and boring. My husband found your website and now i’m addicted. I was reading about you looking for wrinkle cream but noticed the section on your acne and the cream you found. I suffer from acne and yet have found something. Can you please let me know the name of the product and where you got it. I’m right across the border from Canada or I can hopefully order it online. Thank You

    HI Maria,

the product that I am using for acne is Proactive and I am buying it online.

i’ve been pretty sloppy with my skin care regime.. people always tell me i look younger than i actually am.. but i notice a little line at the age of 25… and decide to take better care of my skin.. right now i’m just using this johnson’s baby milk cream which has vitamin A and E… it works wonders on my skin.. really soft and smooth.. i know it’s probably not the best out there but for the price it’s well worth it :) i heard about how most expensive brands don’t really work wonders like they advertise and that sometimes its better to stick to the basic.

i also use “Eucerin white solution oil control day fluid” with SPF 30 during the day.. I live in Thailand people are crazy about having light skin .. a lot of products have “white, whitening” in their names..hence “white solution”… i think it doesn’t matter what color your skin is but it’s more important how healthy it is.

    Hi Zuzana,

This might be a little late, but similar to your husband’s opinion on miracle creams, I too am a skeptic of their claims. I also turned 27 this year and started noticing a little bit wrinkles here and there. My skin is a darker skin tone and most days I can get by looking like a teenager, but just like you, I know the deep set lines that taunt me when I take the makeup off in front of the mirror. Seriously, I feel that the bottom line when it comes to good skin is a healthy lifestyle coupled with very inexpensive home remedies. I agree with others that exfoliating the skin is good as it resuscitates dull skin by removing old surface cells. The way I do it is not solely dependent on those exfoliating scrubs you get at the store–although once in a while, I do apply a good facial scrub that is store bought. But once a day, I use my regular facial soap along with a facial sponge or a soft brush to gently scrub my skin. I concentrate on certain areas like my forehead and my cheeks. Then I use a really good moisturizer with spf. It really makes my skin feel soft every time. Now, I’m not a professional at this. This is just my way of taking care of my skin. So, I hope it helps and good luck!

  • Bri

Hi Zuzana! Don’t listen to advice about aging gracefully and acceping your wrinkles. I am a healthy 28 year old and will go kicking and screaming before i accept wrinkles! I know we can’t completely prevent them but we can for sure improve our skin with habits. Always wash your face morning and night and moisturize! I also have been noticing those same lines on my face and a friend suggested a exfoliation with salacylic or glycolic acid is effective. I think it helps:) As much as i don’t want to age i don’t think i could drink my own urine though ewwww.

Also, i have found proactive very effective for me! Your skin looks great and i’m sure you’ll stay young and beautiful forever!

Thank you for your site, i am totally addicted!

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Hi Bri,

let’s go for a white wine spritzer instead of drinking our own pee :)

    Hi Zuzana!
Try ARGAN oil.It a very healty oil you can find only in Southern Morocco.Souss region is the only place where argan tree grow in the whole world. One litre of pure argan oil takes one year to make.Over there we eat it(dip),use it as cooking oil and women use as their powerful anti-wrinkle.Imagine how hot the weather is there all year round!I am from there and I DRINK IT.It’s so hard to do that with pure one.It has a strong smell. You can read a lot about it online but I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS ARGAN AS AN INGREDIENT.May be a drop of argan oil in an ocean of water. If you got it by any chance put it in the freezer over a couple of hours,if it becomes frozen then it’s fake.Remember this is not Brazilian acai and no one can ship pure argan in huge amounts.RARE.

  • pineapple1969 (my youtube name)

Roc and LaRochePosay are good brands for skincare.

  • Marie

You can do a filler in those lines. Those will totally get rid of them for months-years but you have to keep touching them up. Retinoids like tazarotene are less drastic but also work well. They repair DNA damage but also thin the top layer of skin, so it’s important to keep wearing sun screen. I use tazarotene and it works well on my forehead to get rid of those little wrinkles. Those are your two big options, most of the others are not proven to work. Tazarotene is by prescription only but one 60g tube will last a year or more b/c it’s very potent. Additionally, gaining a few pounds can also help if you think the weight will go to your face because the wrinkles that are troubling you are due to fat volume loss in your face. Fish oil pills are also great for your skin but I think those are more useful for texture and sheen than wrinkles. Good luck!

  • Sweet Me

Try RetinA or Avon creams & serums!!! They work wonders!!!

  • Renee

    Hi!

I’m totally inspired by your fitness!I’m also 27 and this year I too noticed some unfavorable changes in my skin that required my attention! So I did a ton of research!I’m getting great results so far! I too have had issues with acne and I like my creams to be as natural as possible no parabens or chemical sunscreens only physical blockers: titanium oxide and zinc. Chemical sunscreens are unstable and turn into free radicals when exposed to sun, compounding the damage!! I also think a small daily dose of sunshine keeps the skin healthy!

I eat very similar to you, but lately I’ve discovered the benefits of Saturated fats, butter and Coconut Oil! Yum! I noticed that you try to avoid saturated fat.I know it is counter to popular belief but we need saturated fat to give our cells structure, without it they will sag. Saturated fat has been given a bad rap but it’s vital! Most people don’t get enough! Coconut oil (mainly medium chain sat fat) is a great source of slow burning energy, it has been shown to speed up metabolism and improve the immune system as well as so many other benefits. I have been eating it and putting it on my face lately and it is a wonderful internal/external moisturizer! I have lost a bit of fat since I introduced it into my diet.It protects skin from the sun and I also find it reduces my appetite. Make sure to get the organic, cold pressed virgin oil. Read more about saturated fats here:

    http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/skinny.html

I also found the best cream ever! It is pure as well, wonderful ingredients no parabens or junk. It has a great synergy of antioxidants, DMAE (firming) and trio-peptides, very good combo of natural and very effective high tech ingredients and amazing value. It’s only about $40 canadian. It has everything I was looking for after doing much research. It has a cheesy name but it is the most effective cream I have ever tried! It’s called “Feels Like a facelift” nighly renewal cream. I noticed my pores shrank, scars faded, and fine lines decreased within the first week!! Amazing!!I’ve been using it for about 5 months now and I still love it! I usually put it on after washing with a mild glycerine soap or oil cleanse then I apply a bit of coconut oil on top for extra moisture. Here is the link for the cream:

    http://www.naturalandhealthy.ca/facelift.htm

I also add minerals (to give skin building blocks) to my reverse osmosis water and I take fish oil supplements for omega 3 which has many benefits including natural sun protection for your skin.

My latest thing is facial excersises…I’ll let you know how this goes. I think the lines we get around the mouth are mostly due to sagging facial muscles. So far I think it helps!

Good luck to you, thanks for the awesome workouts!

    Renee

  • Lorraine

I use an omega-3/vitamin d/vitamin a/vitamin e combination fish oil preparation by Carlson. Wonderful preparation. I take 6000 IU daily with no problem and my face always feel like a wonderful moisturizer on it and I am 48

Also, silica is important for collagen production and great for the skin. Unfortunately, we don’t get much of it, if any, in our diets anymore due to poor, big agra farming practices. My formula has bentonite clay and between that and the silica, it removes many toxins including heavy metals.

Don’t forget about 2 to 3 thousand mgs of vitamin c daily which is also important for skin and collagen production and healing.

Don’t forget, so much is related to genetics too but I would be sure to wear a sunscreen on your face and neck/D’ecollet’e that blocks both uv A and uv B. I like Dr Denesse. Even if it is cloudy and you are indoors…very important.

Don’t bother with the cream. Work from the inside out and creams won’t be necessary. I will trade you my skin with no wrinkles for your wonderfully physically fit body. Thanks for the great work out vids.

    Good luck.

  • barbaraG

I’ll keep it short – with a healthy lifestyle that you are obviously living, there is no need for making a drama over a couple of wrinkles. They do make a person look a bit older, but looking older doesn’t mean looking bad, I think women which take care of themselves just get looking better and better cause their face get stronger expressions…

I don’t know if that sounded reasonable, so there is one tip from my grandmother (she had real nice skin) – always wash your face with cold water.

    Love, Barbara

  • http://mel-fitnessrandomstuff.blogspot.com Mel

Hi…I’m 14 years older than you and in amzing shape like you and very proud of it! Since my 20′s I’ve never been one to buy a lot of creams, potions, lotions etc because I don’t really want to add too many chemicals to my skin. One thing I use regularly though is Vaseline, yep, good old petroleum jelly. I put it around my eyes (skin only) at night, and on any spots that tend to be drier on my face. By the morning there’s no shine on my skin, but the skin is baby smooth. There are no dyes, artificil smells or preservatives in Vaseline. Keep on working out, eating healthy and you will stay young for a very long time!

  • Mary Liz

Drinking pee is kind of gross, my dad once peed on me when I got stung by a jelly fish… it stopped stinging when he did so pee is good for something :D.

I don’t have as pretty of a face as you do, I don’t think you have wrinkles… your gorgeous! I was bitten by a rottweiler in the face when I was a teenager, broke my jaw, got a tent peg in my chin (in basic military training), etc etc OH, and I ate gravel w/ my face when MTN biking w/ my son a year ago. I’ve been pretty beat up, but I have so much fun the scars to me are just adventure marks.

To be honest, I am a huge believer in vitamins for the skin, just like we need them on the inside. I use a lot of apricot oils on my skin, and the scars I have are almost all faded. I’m almost 30 and people still comment on how nice it is I take my “little brother” places for my parents when really I’m his Mother Haha. I don’t know if it is genetics or if it is the apricot, but there is a lot of research on apricot oils healing the skin, and keeping your skin looking/feeling very young.

Hope this helps… sorry it’s such a late comment.

  • veronica

    hello,

could you please mention the name of the product you have used to treat acne?

  • lisa

first off I want to say that I think your beautiful, and look very young. Im also 27 and like to use stuff that is easily found at the grocery store that give amazing results. I exfoliate with baking soda i add it to a gentle cleanser, works great! I use it for my body too. then I use organic apple cider vinegar as a toner, it burns a bit, but is the most effective thing I use for anti aging. then I use organic coconut oil with vitamin e oil as a moisturizer. I also take the apple vinegar internally as a health and anti aging tonic. I take fish oil and vitamin c suppelments daily, and eat lots of oranges! theses products used together have shown me better results then any expensive cream I ever bought ( I’ve bought alot!)
    good luck!

Hello I’m 35 going on 36 people have guess my age as low as 22 to 27. You need to start doing chemicial peels glycolic 40% or 50% peels, 15% or 18% tca peels these are deeper peels they all get rid of fine lines. I go to the health stores and buy this DMAE firming serum by reviva labs. Go to a doctor and get some Retinal cream this in the best for fine lines. Put that on every night. some of the thing you can buy at makeup artist choice this is the website http://www.makeupartistschoice.com/index.php?

Hi Zuzanna, first off you are gorgeous and truely don’t need a wrinkle cream. However, as a woman, I understand being highly critical of one’s appearance. Recently, I discovered Estee Lauder’s prevention creams. It smooths wrinkles and lines, and reduces the appearance of pores. A starter kick costs about $60; it includes daytime cream, nighttime cream, and a serum that is specifically for trouble areas (wrinkles and fine lines). Hopefully, you find this information helpful.

    Hi Zuzanna,

I think nothing from outside wil help to get rid of wrinkles. They are all temporary. The ONLY thing that wil help is RAW VEGAN RAWFOOD. Google 80/10/10 or dr. Doug Graham and find out other important benefits.
You do all te good things, your videos and your body are great, exept your food.
You could do more and look and feel even much better (you already lood very good) when you addopt this lifesyle. I think Demi Moore follows this diet/lifestye also.
It’ s just amazing and life changing.

    Good luck!!
    greetings from Holland.

I actually had a discussion w/ a guy at a health store I went to today about coffee and your skin. I only drink 1-2 cups per day and just started that this year…he said cut it. Eventually I may cut back, maybe stop. Personally on my face I use a hodge podge of things, but usually coconut oil. I take grape seed extract off/on (just got 2 bottles today). I’ve been reading about taking MSM in water, so I might start that soon. I think you are doing most, if not all the key things already.

  • http://visionimperative.com Andrew

dont use any of them they do nothing… it is merely a placebo.
but if you do want to get one
get a male anti wrinkle cream…they have less or no alcohol and there alot cheaper.
    check out nivea hydrating cream

    your work outs are insane

Hi Zuzana, love your site, you inspire me in every video I watch! I use a serum which is not sold in retail stores. It not only reverses the aging process but prevents it. You are very young so a great time to start. I am 45 but look much younger, so I am told by many. It is patented technology, that actually works and there are clinical studies to prove it.
Plse email me if you are interested. My website in not working right now, otherwise I would send you that :) Thank you for inspiring so many!

    Be well
    S

  • Dagmar

    Dear Zuzana,
No cream can stop your skin form getting older. A good cream can minimise the effects of getting older but cannot stop it. Wrinkles are the effect of a shortage of moisture in your skin. Skin cream ads moist and it looks as if the wrinkles are gone but those wrinkles are not the real deal, they are just markings of the loss of moist.
You need a cream that is good for your skin type, a wrong kind of cream can make your skin loose moist or add more wrinkles.
Personally I think it would be best to ask the advice of a beautician or someone who knows much about skin. Hydration is in my opinion the key word.
And if you wanne use something with Q10 in it you need to buy a bottle with a small pump because q10 reacts with oxygen and you want that kind of reaction on your skin and not in the bottle itself.

What your skin needs is quite basis so don’t be fooled by expensive words. I’m 35, I’m quite fit and I try to look after myself, clean skin etc. People tend to think I’m 25 or 30 but never 35. Maybe I’m lucky but I think that working out 6 times a week, plenty of water, cleaning my skin daily, using a good cream twice a day (morning and evening) and not to much makup does the trick.

Ow and I love your website, I use every workout you post and sometimes push a little bitt harder. You rock!

  • Meredith

Cream is not going to help..you need to go to a doctor to get a filler like Juvaderm or Restalin injected in those folds. After going two or three times they will be gone ..but you will need to keep doing this about every four months. (since it is not permanent) Make sure you go to someone who is highley recomended and you will have great results!

  • Judith

    Hi Zuzana!

I hae to agree with otheres here that Retin-A is a proven product. I am 45 and have been using the mildest prescription of Retin-A available with good results. I use the Retin-A at night with Clinique eye cream and sometimes Walgreen Alpha-Hydroxy cream (this is a drugstore brand that is 8% alpha hydroxy acid, but also moisturizes). I also use SPF sunscreen SPF 30 everyday with the Clinique eye cream as well. I’ve had good results with these relatively inexpensive products. (My insurance doesn’t cover Retin-A, so that’s the most expensive part of my regimen, but one tube lasts a few months.)

Hope this helps! Love your workouts and all of your videos!

Don’t worry about your wrinkles, I don’t think creams will help they help to have your skin hydrated and that is it (my opinion). Don’t worry, you are beautiful and young, have beautiful eyes and healthy body, your mind should also be strong and think in your good things because there is no bad on you. see ya.

    Hi Zuzana,

MSM powder works really well for the skin – you can take it in a cream but it is also recommended to take it with water – internally – it’s a white powder with a slightly bitter taste. (methyl sulfonyl methane) – It’s a natural totally safe product. I have found that essential oils like lavender are amazing too.

    My best regards,

[...] My First Wrinkle Cream | Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, HealthFor the most part, I agree with your husband. I don’t trust over-the-counter products to be my ultimate beauty solution. I recommend speaking with your doctor/dermatologist about a cream with retinol. Getting a prescribed cream with retinol.  And since you demonstrate a lot of your workouts out in the sun, use lots of sunscreen and wear makeup that is oil-free and contains sunscreen. You’re never too young to be concerned about skin care. Hope this is helpful to you. [...]

    Hi Zuzana,

Happened upon your ab video – you look great. Thought I’d look into the jeans mystery and found this.

A friend of mine is putting the finishing touches on her book about acne. It only uses stuff you get from the grocery store. My girlfriend loves it. I know my friend is looking for others to try it even before the book comes out. Let me know if you’re interested.

I get a couple of health newsletters and they don’t like sunscreens! They said they cause more problems than they help even before people started noticing Vitamin D deficiencies. One of them has an antioxidant supplement that fights sunburn, and I expect sun damage, from the inside.

  • Pavlina

Please dont do fillers! It will erase those wrinkles for a while, but new ones will start to form right behind the place where you had it filled! I know from my own experience at 30 I foolishly thought I needed it and now it looks worse.
Jinak Zuzko diky za tenhle website! Uz podle tebe posiluju 3 mesice a uz mi jdou trochu videt svaly na brichu a trochu se mi zvetsil a zpevnil zadek!

Having read the comments here, I would have to agree that anything that is natural would have to be better for your skin than the chemicals contained in the numerous creams out there. But also, wrinkles are earned, and you shouldn’t be ashamed of them. I’ve tried Botox once and hated the way it felt, I couldn’t move my forehead for weeks. Never again. And, yeah, I’m 41 and I have wrinkles. And I’m proud of them!

I lived in the West Indies for a time and the islanders use Aloe Vera for everything. Even the local GP recommended using Aloe Vera for all ailments. I’m heading out tomorrow to buy myself an Aloe Vera plant!

Also, to much sun, to much alcohol and a bad diet contributes to bad complexion most of the time.

    Hi Zuzana,

You mentioned on your article that you had suffered from acne. What product are you using on your skin?

Thanks for your workout videos. I’m one of your fans.

    Sincerely, acne sufferer.

    Zuzana,

In relation to the wrinkles, I found this medical treatment called LEOREX. To be honest, I haven’t tried it personally, but I was simply amazed when I heard of it and saw some reviews. You may check in youtube, where you have an account and where I recently found you. Hope you are acquainted with the NANO technologies. Well, I pretty much think the nano technologies are our future, as those are involved in many areas in our life already and they keep progress successfully.

Also- respect to everything you do. You are very professional at doing workouts. You look fantastic as well. Please believe you are more beautiful than you probably think…like one of those perfect women in the video games:)

    Love you!

    Best regards

  • Patricia

    Hey Zuzana!!

I’m a new bride & I’ve been following your workout since you started!! I feel & look so much better!!

But to your wrinkle cream question. Try Royal Jelly, it’s a natural product and it’s a little pricey BUT it works wonders. i use it to moisturize, my mum uses it for her wrinkles & she doesn’t look a day over 30 (she’s 55); I usually buy mine from a local health food store or you could Google it!

Thank you! You are my inspiration for getting (and staying) fit and health!

  • Rachel

Nancy Boy Ultramarine Night Cream. Period. It has the same stuff in it that other better known brands do for hundreds more. http://www.nancyboy.com You won’t find anything better at any price.

For that man behind the camera, tell him that their shaving cream is the best in the business, too. My husband absolutely swears by it.

  • Kate

I use Bio oil. I use it every night. Not only does it work well for wrinkles, but also rosacea (redness) uneaven skin tones, and scaring.

    Hi Zuzana,
May I ask you what cream you use for your pimples from Canada?

  • Jennifer H

    I use organic coconut oil/butter.

  • Nadine

I was wondering if you found your kit worked for you?
I am also looking for a good facial cream but I have very sensitive skin.
    Thanks,
    Keep up the good work!

  • Vanessa

I am a makeup artist and used to work for a skincare line. I am also te same age as you and live in Canada. :) Right now it is about prevention, so sunblock on your face every day and a good eye cream. Eyecream is very important because the skin around your eyes is especially delicate and prone to damage and the first place on your face to show signs of aging. You don’t need and expensive one, some even have SPF in them which is kind of a bonus. You eat really well but a good multivitamin and omegas would help as well.

If you are looking for something to get rid of fine lines there are hundreds of products of all different price ranges and everyone will tell you a different one that they like. Moisturizers containing Retin-A (the acid form of vitamin A) is excellent. Look for it’s ingredient in creams. It can be called a variety of things, google it. It increases collagen production in you skin which is what keeps your skin plump, young and supple. Roche makes some moisturizers with Retin A, I know you can get it a lot of places including drug stores here in Canada.

Also, you could also look for moisturizers containing glycolic acid or alpha hydroxy acids. You may like the glycolic acis because they come from fruit acids. They work similar to Retin A.

Okay, last thing. Exfoliation. Get yourself a scrub doesn’t have to be fancy I there are even ones you can make out of natural kitchen ingredients. This will get rid of the old dead skin cells letting the new healthier skin visible and will allow your creams to penetrate deeper.

I really hope this helps. I am sorry it is so long. I use these and always get told I look younger than I am. I also, learned some of these tricks from elderly women who look fabulous and have been using some of these methods since they were young. Good Luck!!!

  • Crystal

One of my favorite things for keeping my skin smooth is the Clarisonic facial brush. It’s pricey, but a great investment. Your face feels baby smooth after using it! I have seen an improvement in my skin since I purchased it.

    Love your videos!

  • Liz

Hi Zuzanna…I know this video is kind of old, but I just saw it…first I will say that you are beautiful, and you’re going to be beautiful when you are 50 with lots of wrinkles ;) !!! I’m sure you know that though, and it doesn’t change the fact that you don’t like wrinkles and that you don’t want them! There are a ton of products by Vichy that are really good. I know you’re not in Canada anymore :( (I could tell you were in Shopper’s Drug Mart and I like the Tim Horton’s coffee!!! It makes me feel like you are just like me!) I don’t know if you can find that stuff where you live now, but it’s really great and not too expensive either. Anyways, stay pretty and not too wrinkly for a while ;)

Retinoids like Retin A are clinically proven to reduce wrinkles as well as improve acne for those who suffer from acne.

  • Marija

    Hi Zuzana.
Your site is amazing, your workouts are a real killer workouts and they make me feel so energised and happy. So thanks for sharing and being such a good motivation. :)
Now, I have a question for you. Could you please tell me what is that acne cream that you had used? You’ve mentioned it in this post and it would be of great help if you could tell me the name of that product.
When it comes to wrinkle creams, I’ve heard that Vichy cream has helped some people. But you should probably check that with some other people, before buying it.
Thanks, and keep up with good work! :)

  • Marija

I just saw that you have already answered the acne cream question, so never mind the one I’ve posted. :)

  • julie

I turned 30 this year and just started to really notice some wrinkles of my own. I have used almost everything, but came across something called Egyptian magic. It has a website. It is amazing. I use it on my face every night and don’t worry it will not make you break out. I also take Lysine, which is an essential amino acid, used for developing collagen. It’s very inexpensive and here in the states you can buy it at grocery stores, or drug stores. I think these two things have really helped, because no one can ever believe I’m thirty when i tell them….so that’s gotta say something. Good Luck!

Watch out for what you put on your skin! If you would not eat it, don’t apply it (as you know, what we put on our skin gets into our blood stream. And many of the expensive high leading beauty creams contain the most toxins! check out the book “not just a pretty face” or http://www.safecosmetics.org/) Also, try going to tasteforlife.com for diy lotions, and facials.Healthly skin products and eating organic raw food has really made the difference in my skin! Keep glowing from the inside and embrace your inner child spirit.

    thanks for the inspiration

Zuzana, those are mimical wrinkles, it seems like you smile a lot and that’s great! So, everything you can do about those wrikles is just fill them with some crazy injections, but, it will take temporary affect. So, take it easy, do some facial massage.
Im 22 and I already have one mimical wrinkle, between my eyebrows (it looks like I was mad about someone or something too often).

  • Sophia

I have the same problem with those wrinkles around my mouth. My aunt tells me to embrace them because it shows that I smile and laugh a lot :-) Although I do like her positive spin on the issue, I’d prefer them gone. (I’m almost 27) I don’t think there’s any magical cure for them unless one is willing to go under the knife and turn out looking like Heidi Montag.

  • Mélanie

Are you in canada??? For drink Tim Hortons lollll

  • Lila

HaHaHa! That was really funny about drinking your own pee. I’m open to anything as long as it’s good for you, it’s natural and healthy. I also do not like putting a lot of chemicals on my face and body I try to avoid them as much as possible. I will share with you my tips. I’m almost 37, I eat healthy and I exercise regularly now.I have some lines on my forhead and some laugh lines. They’re not very visible unless you look hard and close. Anyway, most of the time they say I look from 28 to 32…I like that :) I try to be as simple and natural as possible, but some times I can’t beacuse I really need sun protection and unfortunately they have parabeens and other bad chemicals. Can’t find anything else to substitue it naturally (just avoiding sun LOL!). What I use is exfoliation 1 to 2 times a week. A peeling once in a while (glycolic or salicylic acid for acne and removing dead skin cells) emu oil as a moisturizer (emu oil is fantastic and natural, I just love it!) and for makeup I use mineral makeup it’s also natural and safe and for my wole body I just use almond oil right after I shower before I dry up. It’s really nice. But all this will of course not stop the wrinkles. Wrinkles are a part of life. Just take good care of your self and always learn more everyday about how you can improve.

But the best is a healthy lifestyle, be happy, love your self and your loved ones and reach as many goals as you can in your life time :)

I hope this helped…Do you use anything in particular you want to share with us?

Saludos from Mexico!! (greetings from Mexico :)

I am looking right this moment to purchase one good quality anti wrinkle solution and it seems there is actually nothing at all that can certainly fix my skin. However, if you surely are aware of some proper care that will help to make magic simply make me aware and I will be grateful for this.

A powerful & very effective anti aging mask is a frankincense & honey mask, two of the most ancient & effective remedies for healing & rejuvenating the skin!

Buy some frankinsense capsules- the most potent are Solgar’s Boswellia Serrata Vegicaps
    For approx. 5 applications/masks:
-2 TBl good honey – Manuka 10 or 15+ or higher
-powder from 2 Solgar boswellia serrata vegicaps
-3 drops pure cold pressed apricot kernal oil
Mix together in a small oven proof glass bowl & heat over a saucepan of gently simmering water for about 5 minutes so the frankincense powder can disolve & the heat releases the healing properies of the honey. Make sure you tie your hair well back & wear a hair band – very messy! Apply to clean skin- avoiding the delicate eye area.
Leave on for 30mins to an 1hour depending on your time frame, I usually aply the mask & then have a long bath. Try x2 weekly or more if you want to see more dramatic results.

Olay products are excellent in general. But the regenerist line works like magic. My husband’s wrinkle/droopy skin and crow feet (on eyes area) significantly diminishing. He normally couldn’t care less about cosmetics, but he sees obvious result with his olay regenerist eye, night, and day moisturizer creams. Hope this “testimony” would be useful.

PS. Thanks for your inspiring workout routines, guys.

    best,

    Tati

Zusanna, I have lines around the mouth too and here has what helped me. (I believe the lines around the mouth are called “fine lines” rather than wrinkles. To the best of my knowledge the difference is fine lines need hydration, wrinkles need tightening. However, I am a skeptic and do both!) The best remedies I have found are home remedies:

First I use a gentle body brush in a circular motion to clear away dead skin. (use on face and body)can find in health food section of health food stores.

Asprin mask: 3-4 asprin mixed with 1 TBS lemon juice, 1 tsp whole milk yogurt, 1 TBS honey, 1 TBS olive oil. I use this after a workout and shower so my pores are in optimal openess and blood circulation process. I keep the mixture in a small container in my fridge.

Egg tightening mask: again after workout and shower, spread egg white from one egg on your face. (tightening mask) leave on until it is very difficult to move any muscles in your face. Wash off. Repeat with egg yolk- which is a mostuizer mask.

Rice water mask: pour 1/2 cup of water onto 1/2 cup organic uncooked rice. Leave for 1 minute and strain catching the rice water into a container. Use as a mask and or a toner.

For moisturizer I use an organic mosturizer then I use an organic oil such as: coconut oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil or neroli. Use on entire face, lips especially and neck.

If you do not break out easily you can follow with a bit of vasline to lock in moisture. (I do this part at night only)

Ps, I use oils in my bath too!!

Thanks for all you do, you are an inspiration of excellence!! :)

  • Anna

    Hi Zuzana,
I got the same problem like you with the fine lines. The best thing that helped me was doing face yoga. I bought dvd called “Happy face yoga” with Gary Sikorski through internet. It was the best $20 bucks that i spend. He is awesome how he explain all movements… I can tell you that people compliment me when i do my face toning exercising regularly, on the end face has a muscles too just like everything else on our body….
    I love your web.

Hi there, I have a painless home-use wrinkle removing device that I would love to send you to try out (free demo). Treatments are 2-3x/week at less than $9CAD per treatment. Takes 5 minutes. You will be thrilled, screaming from the rooftops. It helps with acne too. If Freddy wants the technical info on this protocol, give me a call: 403-861-4162. There’s nothing to lose…just give it a try.

Try Renova, a prescription strength anti-wrinkle cream available in the US. It works both on wrinkles and acne, so it sounds perfect for your skin. I have both of the same problems and it has done wonders for me. It’s less than the high dollar stuff you tested and it is clinically proven to work.

Coconut oil is good for health. It is not only good for hair and skin but also helps in maintaining cholestrol, blood pressure ,heart diseases etc. Also, coconut milk is not the stable food for all ages. Hence its better to use coconut oil instead of other refined/bran oils

I use Caudalie – first wrinkles cream

I am happy about it. I don’t have big wrinkles, but I don’t want to use the miraculous collagen creams at 27, I am saving those for later :)
With Caudalie first wrinkles I noticed that it is a heavy hydrator and therefor smooths visibly the wrinkles around the eyes. I notice when I don’t use it a couple of days : the wrinkles come back, and need about a week of twice a day hydration to smooth away again.

  • Mary

    Hi!
I don’t know if you happen to have a Merle Norman Cosmetic store in your area or not but if you go into the store they will actually let you take home samples of cremes and things. I know they have several options for wrinkles and anti-aging products and they aren’t too expensive.

    Hope this helps! :)

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Chelsea-Carr/100000073515079 Chelsea Carr

I followed the advice on that same site and haven’t had a problem with acne since (unless I start slacking off on my skin care regimen). I couldn’t afford the things they sold, so I started using Oxy face cleanser and Cetaphil lotion.

I also make sure to wash my face before I work out and then after with a cream cleanser. This way, makeup doesn’t get into your pores during your workout, and you can wash off any dirtiness afterward.
