		<description>Hi there, great site and good to see the popularity is growing. I so agree with you, I have some women friends who are actually afraid to include weight training in their regime for fear of bulking up, but thanks to articles like this some of the myths may get blown away. One success story is of a friend who is a great runner but just could not improver her time for 10k marathons etc. I encourgaed her onto a light weight\high rep program and she is delighted with the results. She now says that she feels she has the power and stamina she needs to add those kicks and burst of speed and is blitzing her old PB&#039;s. 

P.S. She is now also a regular viewer of this site along with many other friends so keep up the campaign, its working, well done to you both
