hi,it was nice to see u came to my country as i’m from malta aswell ;-))just discovered your workouts yesterday from youtube.i went to your website and wrote down the workout for absolute beginners.i’m gonna try to focus on them for now,hope i’ll be able to make them.thanks for your videos and keep it up.

Hey Zuzana and Frederick! I’m from Mexico too. I really, really, really love your videos, workouts, your tips and your whole website in general. As many of us here agree, you do motivate us a lot and now I am hooked on exercise. As you once said “it’s addictive” and I like that. I just stumbled in to your website a couple of weeks ago, so I’m fairly new and I don’t know if you are still in Malta but I agree with Rodrigo, you should come to Mexico and yes, you guys would be very welcome here. You have a lot of mexican fans :) lol! I have been exercising through out my life. Some times very consistent, some times not…but I’m hoping to follow your videos and make excercise a life style because my goal is to get fit and strong like you. Not just to be skinny. Thanks a lot for inspiring us…Take care…Besos ( kisses) :)

I love your webiste and videos! You’re my inspiration.

Im sorry for being a bit nosy;) but I was wondering what the two of you do for life, that you have the freedom ton move around the world and have time to do all those videos.
Im very curious as I would love to live in many different countries and travel a lot but its not possible with 9-5 office jobs.
