My time today was 13:19. Sooooooo happy. I even did better than Z. Weeeeee
Followed by:
1. 1 Sit up + 1 Push up
    2 Sit ups + 2 Push ups
    3 Sit ups + 3 Push ups
    4 Sit ups + 4 Push ups
    5 Sit ups + 5 Push ups
2. Gladiators - Side Plank Crunch 15 each side
3. X crunches 30 total
4. Shoulder Taps from Plank 50reps
5. Hip Crank from Side Plank 15 each side
6. Plank Ab Down 15 each arm
7. Push up + T square 15 each side
8. Toe Taps 50 reps

And for good measure i did:
20 Sandbag  Row-Clean-Press up

		<description>This wasn&#039;t as intense as I would have liked, seeing as my muscles don&#039;t feel like jello... Perhaps my form was off again... But I am so out of breath right now... and my muscles felt like they were going to die on me especially during the crawls.... the entire second round was killer. but my blood is pumping so hard right now. Whoo, no nauseous feeling right now like usual, maybe I&#039;m finally getting used to working out. I feel amazing! Now time for a stretch and shower! Thank you Zuz. :) you are amazing!</description>

16:53, &amp; in round one, I did deadlift hop ups rather than plain deadlifts.  In round two, I did plain 1-leg deadlifts.  When I did this 5/3/11, I did plain deadlifts only, &amp; it took me 19 minutes.  I was also wearing shoes in May....  I followed this workout with &quot;Death to Fat&quot; &amp; a burpee for Erin.  I beat my old scores in each workout!
