		<description>Hi Body Rockers. I found a way to modify the V-Sits...necessity is the mother of invention :). After 4 rounds of 10 on the floor, I tried them seated on the edge of a desk chair while holding onto the arms of the chair for support. I still worked the same muscles effectively without the pressure on my back. Next time I do this workout I will try to do more rounds on the floor, but I am still pretty new to this. These workouts are amazing.  I did 10 rounds all together for each exercise (20 min). I am spent and wet with sweat.
