		<description>Pretty little workout. I feared the &quot;Rolling Jump Tucks&quot;, but they weren&#039;t as bad as I expected them to be. The V crunches and jump lunges I am already familiar with, so they were fine, but I particularly LOVED the &quot;One Leg Bridge To Crunch&quot;-es that were brand new to me. The first 3 rounds went smoothly, so I thought, what the heck, I go for a fourth. Oh, the above mentioned bridge crunches were killing me by then - you know, I tried to touch my ankles every time I sat up and it began to become difficult toward the end :-). My times were:Round 1: 4:40Round 2: 4:52Round 3: 4:54Round 4: 4:52I only took a break long enough to record my time and reset my stopwatch, so my total time for the 4 rounds was about 20 minutes.</description>
