This was my first workout with you and it definitely kicked my butt. I thought I was in a pretty good shape, now I&#039;m gonna have to work a little harder! Took me 19:57. Keep it up!</description>

		<description>Now THIS is what I&#039;m talking about! Coordination and balance needed big time, and it took me longer than I expected, because I don&#039;t have too much of those. 25:49. I can only get about half way down on the 1 arm push ups but the Maltese sit ups were fun. Great workout!</description>

		<description>26:58. I was struggling with my balance for the 1st exercise a lot of the time, and finally got into a good flow of the exercises by round 3. A nice more gentle workout, but still challenging :) Thanks</description>
