i did this workout, but i do not have anything to do pull ups. So i did reversed push ups and added 5 knee hugs after that to make it a bit more intense. i also upgraded the reverse push ups to 7 after 4 rounds. I managed to do 7.5 rounds and 2 reverse push ups. Liked it!</description>
