I am super sore today, so I ran 3.5 miles &amp; did this afterward.  I added some cat stretches, lying pretzel stretches (glutes) &amp; back twists. </description>

		<description>I&#039;m revisiting this because I still can&#039;t do a lot of your workouts since i pulled that tendon in my foot. so i went back in time to this one. this time it took me 26 mins. i had to take my time because of my foot. but even so, 1 minute less than last time so thats good :)</description>

		<description>I been beating up my body this week. Monday I did the Turbo Fat Blaster workout in 9:27 and then went for a 30min run. Tuesday I did the 600 rep workout in 28:07. Wednesday I did the Run the World and 300 Squat workout and yesterday I did a very intense 30min hill run. I was going to do the 550 Rep workout today, but I think this Light Stretch and Tone workout will be better. My body really hurts so I&#039;m gonna take it easy today :)</description>
