and my side planks could probably use a little bit of work!
i did the pushups without variation... but i had to stop at 25, then take about 5-10 second rest... i finished by doing sets of 5

THOSE SIDE PLANKS WERE REALLY HARD THOUGH, THEY DIDN&#039;T USE TO!
(or myabe cause i paid attention to form? ahaha...)</description>

I did do a few modifications with this: I just did regular pushups and I had to assist myself on the one arm side pushups-- those were much harder for me than they looked.  Jijiji. But great start to the day.</description>
