Hi everyone,
We slept in today, and after yesterday killer 550 rep workout we are both feeling a little sore and tired (even Cali looks more tired than usual – it must be all that sleeping and eating). We had some great workouts this week and today we are feeling the need to take it a bit easy and have an ARD. It’s 20 degrees here in Gozo and one of the perfect 300 days of sunshine that the island gets each year. We are going to take advantage and go for a nice walk and get some fresh air after we enjoy our breakfast - and guesses on what we will be eating?
We will be back tomorrow with another workout – have a nice Sunday.

Good day Zuzana! I’m Den) Just saw your workouts on youtube. you are popular there) it’s an interesting idea to show this effective and everyday exercises. is it a secret where are you from and who is Frederick?:)
You know, for the past several days, since I returned to your programs, I have noticed an extremely slow response time from your .tv website. YouTube videos are fine, just your hosting is quite slow. I’m in US so the bandwidth is not an issue on my side. Since I’m a tech guy, my advice would be to check with your hosting provider. The user traffic might be over the anticipated limits, which is a good sign of your growing popularity! :-) Also, many times I get forbidden server errors or just got one now when posting: Error establishing a database connection. Definitely a hosting issue.
I love Cali, she’s so adorable!!! But Charlie kills me. He’s such a cutie pie. Enjoy your ADR, I took mine yesterday =D

I love your workouts. They are always challenging and make me feel strong when I complete them! I’ve already lost 7 pounds in a month with your workouts and eating clean! I wish I would have found your web site a long time ago! It would have saved me a lot of frustration!

How lucky you are girl!!! Cause here in Portugal, at Porto, rained all day long. :(
Usualy sandays are for playing out side with my “lab” KISA. She loves jogging with me around the football stadium of Porto or playing with her’s friends.
She is very funny and completes ours lives.
So, we did nothing today unless eating and watching movies.
The MENU for today was full pasta with chicken breast and vegetables…so yamyy!!!
Here goes the recipe for two people.
Ingredients:
200 g of full pasta
2 chiken’s breasts
200 g of broccoli
2 carrots
onions
garlic
2 table spoons of olive oil
soy sauce
salt
Fist you must cut the chiken breasts into small pieces and add some seasoning. (I like salt whit garlic that I made myself.)
Cut the carrots into small pieces too.
I used frozen broccoli because it’s easier.
Than put the chiken with the olive oil and a piece of shaved garlic in a deep pot to cook.
Fry until golden brown.
Cook the pasta in a liter of water with salt. Reserve it.
Than add the vegetables to the chiken until all ingredients becomes cooked.
Finally add all ingredients and put the soy sauce as much as you want but be careful cause it is very salty.
And Bon Apetit!!!

Suzane I ran ito your webiste just yesterday. I am 34 and have a 2 year old that was born though C section. Always been an enemy of exercise, however, I have been exercising regularly since August and did some significant changes in my diet. I am not drinking sodas anymore, nor I am eating junk food, I am trying to eat healthy and change my white breads for wheat breads. In 12 weeks I manage to drop 10 punds, however I just realized I really didn’t need to loose weight but just tone my body. My biggest problem is my stomach which has gone down a bit. (I was 126 and I am 115 now) Another problem is my butt which is disapearing with the weight I lost. I do not want to keep loosing weight (I am 5.3) I ust would LOVE to have the Abs you have and a bigger butt, I understand that I need to tone my whole body and that genetics also play a gfood role in this, buy I would like your advice. Your site has so many routines that I know which ones to choose for me at this point. I would love and appreciate if you could guide me. I should add that I am very motivated and I had never been able to exercise as now, I am ready to demostrate to the world and myself that I also can have a nice body. Since I was a little girl I have been frustrated with my body and always have feel ugly…anyway, please help me tell me where to start (I don’t feel I am a abeginner though, in this 12 weeks I feel I have acquire some resistance, I have been doing cardio with resistace starting at 5 going to 10 and also weights) all this without any expert by my side. I have been following some of the principles of the program “body for life” Hope you can help me. Have a nice day!

Do you use weights to achieved your toned look?
I just created this dinner recipe because a local restaurant has a non-clean version of it, so, I made it clean.
1) 2+ Yams, rinsed, rubbed with olive oil, baked @ 375 degrees F for 45 min., turning a couple of times during baking.
2) A 20 oz. package extra lean, ground turkey, browned in 2 cups water to add moisture.
3) Chopped onion and green pepper added to turkey during cooking.
4) 1 can black beans, drained, added to turkey, heated.
5) Salt and chili powder to taste.
6) Halve or quarter the yams and cover with turkey mixture.
This is a uniquely hearty, tasty and colorful dish that’s easily reheated as a leftover!
