		<description>didn&#039;t do so good with this workout.... :( i couldn&#039;t keep a steady pace which sucked. i couldn&#039;t do high knees or jogging so i had to replace those with another set of double jumps and single. rope kept getting caught on my feet. and i was moving slow...blah anyway i was able to do 5 rounds plus 25 reps of double jump and 20 reps of single jumps. not too happy but i did work up a sweat lol</description>

I am VERY HAPPY, and very wet........ Sweating like I&#039;ve just got out of the shower!

12 rounds plus 25 of the first skipping style, 25 of the second skipping style and 9 of the third!
