		<description>Wow, I forgot how hard this one is.  The only modification I made was the dips, switched them to chair dips, I get a better arm work out that way.  Old time Aug 16 was 26:11 today was 22:36  yeah, improvement !!!!!!

My push ups for today

20 military
20 double cross knee tuck
10 per arm one arm PU from knees
20 decline from chair

The last 20 push-ups was from my knees, 1 knee at a time. I am sore from all those killer push-ups!

		<description>I can&#039;t sleep. Its almost 1am here and I decided to do half of this workout. I cut the reps in half and it was still a great sweat. I have been sick since Xmas day (BOOO!) but I&#039;m wired now from sitting around. It took me exactly 11 mins.</description>

did this one in 38.38.. Had to modify the last 20 push ups to knee version though..  But the rest went great.. Only had to watch some parts of the video again in between exercises.. So maybe i could have been faster.. But no problem.. I had a good sweat! :D</description>
