Hi Zuzana and Frederick!
Holy cow this video is so funny… I was laughing the entire time.
I know what its like to look at a hill and think to yourself “oh i can run up that”… yeah right!
I love hiking up hills, its great.
I was wondering… does Frederick do any of your excercises to? He seemed to be doing pretty good running up that hill, and running up it backwards it seemed like at times.

This was so cool, I wish I had a place around me to go hiking and climbing, but its all flat around here.

I think it would be cool for all of us to see you and Frederick together in a video, we are curious what he looks like :)

Thanks for all the tips and videos. I am a runner and cyclist. I thought I was already fit. But, when I tried doing your exercises…I felt like a beginner.

Awesome video Zuzana!!! I look forward to my cardio session tomorrow morning. However it is snowing outside,(Canada), so I may be doing a “rocky” workout running up the snowwy mountain lol.

Hi Xavier Pep and hipretty(?),

Two centuries ago a queen of England was named Victoria and many places once in the British Empire have her name attached to them, including the capital of British Columbia in Canada and Victoria the capital of the second largest Maltese Island. The latter was where Frederick and Zuzana ran up hill.

I won’t mind knowing the name of the hill and I give kudos to Frederick for running backwards faster than Zuzana could run forwards while also focusing a camera on her without tripping!!!
