		<description>Actually, one rep starts in the middle and finishes in the middle: middle-side (left or right)-middle. So you do 25 reps on one side and 25 reps on the other side and 50 in the middle. I hope this is clear enough!

		<description>Ok so I got messed up with the abs exercise, ONE rep is on side and one in the middle? meaning you&#039;ll do 25 for each side? Cause it took me 19:32 the whole workout but I did 50 reps, counting 1 as: 1 to the left, one on the middle and one on the right. Hope u can make this clear to see if i&#039;m doing it right. Thank you guys!</description>
