Fierce Workout

Hi everyone,

I missed my workout yesterday, because I didn’t sleep the night before and was exhausted. Today I did an older workout and beat my personal best for this routine. I can’t tell you how great I felt, and what a sense of accomplishment I felt, beating my old personal best for this workout. Those minutes that I shaved off of the time represent some serious progress for me. You can check out the first time that I did this workout and my original time here. I have been reminding you of how important it is to keep an exercise journal and mark down your results for each workout. Keeping a journal makes tracking your progress possible. So why is keeping track of your personal best important? Knowing that you have a certain time to beat gives you a target and a goal to aim for. If you are competing against yourself and always pushing to do better you will never hit plateau, which means that your body will keep responding to your workouts. Keep your journal handy and enjoy the feeling of beating your own personal records.

Best,

Zuzana.

There are 4 rounds of the following exercises. Check out the video where I did this workout for the first time here.

JumpSquats

Jump Squats with Diagonal Touchdown – 20 reps

skater

Skater – 15 reps on each leg

reptile

Reptile – 20 reps

oneleghopkick

One Leg Hop Kick – 20 reps

You have amazing woekouts and I want to thank you for them. I have a question for you: have you ever had back pain such as sciatica?

hi. you are very beautiful and i want to thank you for posting, allowing us to share in your journey. i love your workouts;you inspire me to workout.. i was wondering if you could design a special workout that will left, firm, and maybe round my breast even though you won’t benefit, being that your entire body is perfect. my breast are soft and they sag and i believe it’s due to the fact that i had gained 50 pounds, lost it,and gained it back(i know disgusting) plz plz plz help me? you stated that you don’t have time to post responses to every comment submitted which is understandable, but i’m desperate for a solution. thanks again for everything even if you can’t respond to this

  • Yvonne

Hi Zuzana, I just learned about your website on youtube. You have an amazing body and my question for you is I noticed that you do not use weights, you use your own body for resistance. Do you do workouts that require equipment along with the exercises you do on your site?

  • Steven

    Congrats on the new PR!

I love the location selection for your videos, the background is fantastic.

  • Gary

Hi Zuzana, where on your site do you have a complete list of videos you have done. I want to go back to some of your older workouts.
    Thanks,
    Gary

    Hi Gary,

Checkout my Workout Routines. You can find all of my workout videos there.

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Hi Yvonne,

the workouts that I am posting on a daily basis is the only exercise that I do.

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    HI Kila,

Exercise won’t do anything for your breasts. You will get them smaller or bigger by loosing or gaining weight, but once they sag, they will sag forever.

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Hi Ruth,

I am doing 4 rounds total :) Enjoy

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Hi Stefanie,

I was experiencing pain in my lower back about a year ago. I couldn’t even sleep in the night. I got a new magnetic mattress and I started to sleep without a pillow. Also I wasn’t exactly flexible so stretching and some yoga really helped me.

  • Tina

    Hi Zuzana,

Wow, now we have the same time here! 17 minutes! :)))
Now I will have to beat you again, damn! :O)

    Great job,

today I will have to choose one of the old routines as well,

    see ya,

    Tina

  • Tina

Oh, and one more thing – when you will be doing those core ex. and low jumping jacks from October the 19th again (you toothpain workout without workout – just pictures) – please let me now! I was better from the first time for two rounds – I did 27 rounds last time. Beat me if you can ;).

  • Angeline

I did it in 18min!! I think it was feat for me. Thanks Zuzana! I’m improving by quite a bit but my hips area still has some cellulite. I’m not giving up.

Also, I want to share with you that I no longer take to heart comments that other people make about my body shape. That’s because I know I am improving and will continue to do so so long as I follow your videos and nutrition information (: This is a far cry from the old me, who would whine and even cry if someone made a rude remark about my body.

Thank you Zuzana. Your impact reaches far beyond geographical boundaries (:

  • Dan

Docela se divím, že mě wikipedie nevypsala jeho jméno na dotaz: Happiest Man in the World.

    Ahoj Dane,

A zadny ulejvani ;)

  • Marianne

Hey just did this workout again out of interest. Last time I did it I was really crap 35 mins and something. This time 18min 17 secs!! Not bad, find the one leg kicks really hard on my SI joint (pain in the butt- pardon the pun)! It’s nice to see improvement, definitly very motivating :)

  • Nikolai

Wow, you are just amazing ! I discovered your channel in youtube yesterday and damn, now I must start workout too. I have this small question for you: Do you ever eat “bad food” (fast food, candy etc.) ? Have to ask it, so I know should I stop eating those completely or can I eat those sometimes.

  • Zuzana

    Ahoj Zuzka,

Prosim Ta o radu, ktorym z Tvojich cviceni mam zacat.

    Dakujem. Zuzana.

  • Trixie

    Hi
Amazing workout videos. Thanks again. I wonder do you and your husband workout together?
BOth my husband and I , we love working out together. I’d love to see couple workout videos if you have any suggestions for us. Thank you again

  • barbaraG

Today I did this workout for the second time – and that after the Best 20 Minuutes Cardio Workout (20/10 seconds). I think I’m going to have a nap now :))
This is really one of my favorite workouts on your site cause I don’t experience any muscle pain like in jump plungees in cardio workout. I mean I do scream very loud the last round and sweat a lot, but it is so much fun!
I also like beating my old record – and can’t resist to say – yours too :)) I did 4 rounds in 17 Min 14 sec. I used to do martial arts so balancing and kicking are some of my favourite workouts.

Keep up the good work, your site is really special!
    Love, Barbara

  • Yvonne

Hi Zuzana, thanks for the quick response. It is very encouraging to know that I can achieve these goals without having to purchase expensive equipment or paying expensive gym membership fees. Very encouraging, I will start to implement your workouts. Keep up the good work :)

  • Tina

Zuzana, I am very curious about one thing about your body, so please please, pretty please if you can answer this.
Now, in my eyes your body is just about perfect. Does your body still changing with time and exercising? In what way? Is your lower body still shrinking and your upper still widening? I am really curious about that…cause I think that there is one stage when it is a perfection and when we come to the point that visual progress stop – there is not any fat to loose anymore and if we are not eating less or more than before, the body remains the same, since we keep exercising of course.

    Best wishes,

    Tina

Sometimes the camera is too wobely and I cannot tell if I’m doing your workouts correctly. It would help if the camera would show your entire body and movement for at least one rep so I can have the proper form.

  • Frederick

    Hi Trixie,
I usually do the workout directly after we film it – Zuzana is right there to kick my ass and keep me going, so while we don’t workout at the same time we are there with each other which is really nice.

  • Kamillzyna

Just finished this workout i did every round in about 3:40-45, but the last round was only 3;21 so i ended up finishing the whole workout in 13:51!! Really proud — the frst time i did this workout, it took about 20 minutes —- your workouts really do work & i’m really thankful to have found this site and to be building an amazing beyond amazing body with every workout.
Thanks again. Can’t wait for the next workout.

  • John Van Dam

Hi, Zuzana–WOW!! I just discovered you the other day. You are absolutely gorgeous & amazing! I definitely need to get my butt in gear & get back into my workout routine. You are most definitely inspiring, & I love the way you challenge your viewers-especially us boys!! Whoever said girls can’t keep up never met (anyone like) you!! It will be awhile before I could even hope to match your results/times, but I can start from here. Your husband is most certainly a blessed man!! Thank you for sharing your health & encouragement with others. Sincerely, another fan… ~John (“Johnnycakes”)~

  • Mario (Circusboy)

    Hi Zuzana
I’ve been watching and doing your videos. I find them great. My girlfriend is jealous of your body. She work out a lot but she’s having problem to lose some weight. She eat good food but sometime she cheat.
I love your recipes. I would like to thank you, because you share your video to us. We can see that you sweat in your workout. Thank you Frederick to film Zuzana and the pictures are fabulous. Sorry if i’m making some mistakes in my writing because i’m french from Quebec, Canada

Hi Zuzana!! keep it up, awesome work!! Fred–you’re very talented with this whole media thing :)thanks to you both I’ve gotten so strong, and now I notice that even menial tasks that I couldn’t do very well in the past, I can totally do them now. yay!One question Zuzana…
Are you planning on picking up the CLUBBELLS again?

  • E.E.

So, here in America it is Thanksgiving week and I wanted to tell you even though we don’t actually know each other, I’m thankful for you both, as well as this community!! be blessed today ;))

  • Eunice

Wow!!! I did it in 13:47!!! This is very exciting for me especially since I am a newcomer to the Bodyrock website. I love the workouts and everything else Zuzana has to offer. I look forward to tomorrow’s workout.

  • Nata

    hey. My time was 18:26

  • Kindra

    Hi Zuzana,
I noticed some comments people made about experiencing muscle pain.
I’ve been a massage therapist for 8 years and just wanted to add a helpful tip:
Try sitting on a tennis ball to trigger point the tight area in the glutes. Or lie on your back and place a golf ball at the rhomboid (between the shoulder blade and spine) to release shoulder or upper back pain.
We all have trigger points(shortened muscle fibers) and/or muscle imbalances to some extent. Sometimes stretching isn’t enough to release these trigger points and working them out with a golf ball or tennis ball is so helpful! Hold these trigger points for at least 15 seconds and breathe deeply. Then keep moving the ball slightly to find each painful spot. This will lengthen shortened muscle fibers and increase muscle range of motion.
Hope this tip helps! It does wonders for me!

  • Frederick

Hi Kindra, thanks for this tip – I will give it a try the next time I have muscle pain.

  • Frederick

    Thanks E.E. :)
I’m Canadian so we had our thanksgiving earlier, and I am still introducing Zuzana to the whole concept of the thanksgiving holiday. I hope you had a great thanksgiving!

  • Frederick

    Hi E.E.
We had to leave the clubbells behind when we moved from Canada to Malta along with all of our other weights.

  • Frederick

    Hi Mario,
Thanks for the kind words, we are happy you have been enjoying the site.

  • Frederick

    Hi Ali,
Noted. I like to move with the camera, and we have developed our own style here on BodyRock.Tv – that said I appreciate your feedback.

  • E.E.

whoa whoa! good job Eunice! 13:47?!! Thank you for that workout Zuzana!! I hadn’t tried it till today–it was fun. I’m surprised that I completed it in 15:50. In my opinion, the diagonal jumps were the toughest of them all. I truly like the fact that this workout is great for the core and lower body, because I already do so much upper.

    Hi Zuzana,

I hope your sleepless night had nothing to do with your tooth!

It’s a pretty good idea to revisit some workout routines every so often just to see how much improvement we have made in our strength and endurance. Great job on improving your time and thank you for all your hard work Frederick and Zuzana. I wish you would give us a chance to show our monetary support of the site.

Something I would like to ask you and the community of folks here is… Do you workout thru the whole holiday season? What I mean is I find it hard to get the time or space especially the last few days before and after Christmas. I know we all don’t celebrate this holiday, but we all celebrate some holiday and thus have ideas as how to continue. Or do you think a week long rest is in order? I could see Frederick and Zuzana taking a rest as they work so hard already and I think Zuzana should have the tooth out. What do you community folks think?

    Best wishes,
    –Chris

  • Ellie

    hi Zuzana!
wow this is an amazing workout!
k so i have a a query. I am 5’5 122lbs.. and i aim to get a lean muscles. i do a lot of cardio but i have doubt about the weights. Does lifting heavy weights makes one bigger and more muscular? how much weight should i lift to tone by body?

  • Mandy

When do we get to see Frederick do a workout? :)

  • rachael

Hey Zuzana, my husband found your site when he was searching for shoulder exercises and now I’m the one that can’t stay away from it. So much great information, thank you.
I was just wondering how many times a week you work out? And after you’ve completed your workout and have your time are you done for the day (if someone’s looking to lose weight is 20 minutes enough)?

    Thanks again :0}

  • rachael

Forgot to ask if you add cardio to your workouts or if you do that on seperate days?

  • Christina

    Hi Zuzana,
I have a question for you; but it’s a little personal. I don’t really want to post it. It’s pertaining to women’s health and lifestyle, and I was wondering if you had any helpful advice? If you’re interested, please reply to this post. Thank you!

    HI Christina,

just ask what do you want to ask :)

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Hi Rachael,

in my daily workouts you can see exactly when I workout and what workout I do. I do only the workouts that we are posting, so that anyone can follow my exercise program and get in shape.

    Hi Mandy,

    probably never :)

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Ahoj Zuzko,

  • Petra

    Hi Zuzana and Frederick,
Thank you so much for putting daily workouts, recipes and information on the site. I’ve been following you for… almost a month now and finally gathered the courage to try one of your workouts. It took me 20 minutes and 17 seconds to complete this workout. I need to improve my balance.
Also I was looking back at old routines of yours and I came across this video where you (Zuzana) were saying that you did a specific stretching routine in order to do the splits. Since I have zero flexibility it would be wonderful if you could point out that routine/article/site for me. Thank you! And I’ll continue to workout and push myself to beat your time someday ;)
    Petra

  • Laura

    Hi Zuzana,
I did this workout w/ my husband this morning & we completed in 16:48. I will have you know that I kept much better form than him;) We counted the reptile both legs as 1 rep and the jump kick 1 rep for each kick. Now we are going for a bike ride although my husband seems to think he needs a protein shake after doing that workout. He did some pull-ups after and I think really enjoyed your workout! <3

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv muky

    hi zuzana,

i would like to ask at what time in the mornings you workout generally ??

    thnx

  • David E

    Hi zuzana,

So we all know that we’ll never get to see frederick on camera. but the reason why it’s in such high demand is because we’re all curious busybodies who would like to see how the husband of such a fit person like you looks like.
Why don’t you describe him then – is he buffed or lean? darker or fairer than you? is he blonde?
I think this should satisfy our curiosity for the mysteryman behind the camera and we’ll stop pestering Frederick to show himself.

  • http://www.fotolog.com/flaviarj FlaviaRJ

Great! Sometimes I try same exercises and feeling that I´m doing better makes me feel really good!
    Congratz!
(I´ll start my exercise journal today!)
    - I take pics regularly but I take note of my progress too!-

And how´s going the pull ups? I was searching for the method you told us you were going to use and I found it very interesting!!
Let us know how you´re doing!!
    ^^

    The best!!

  • http://www.bodyrock.tv/ Zuzana – BodyRock.Tv

    Hi David E,

Alright than. I will do my best. Frederick is taller then me, slim and lean, very handsome, dark short hair, blue eyes and very young looking. He honestly looks 10 years younger than he actually is. I hope that this will satisfy your curiosity :)

  • Ben

    Hello Zuzana and Frederick,

How exciting to find something like this online. I have been working out and involved in fitness my entire life (28 years) I feel like, and have always been a huge proponent of working out with body resistance, trying to find creative ways to exercise within different spaces and structures found at home and throughout the country or city, whether in be trees or jungle gyms. I’m a big fan of Crossfit style workouts, and Le Parkour ingenuity. I am very impressed with the dedication you both have in making such an accessible site with wonderful video and extremely impressive workouts! Zuzana, you are crazy fit! When did you realize that fitness was something that you were so passionate about? And Frederick, how do you both stay motivated? Are you following similar workouts, or are you working more with free weights as well? I guess I have so many questions because I am just fascinated and impressed by what I see. Wonderful workouts. Love the video of the mountain climb by the way. So true that gym workouts do not necessarily mean success in practical application. One final question: I want to get some gymnastic rings, and was curious as to any recommendations on brand, or how high of a bar they should be hung over. Any suggestions? Okay, really I just wanted to wish you both well, and share my respect and support for what I see you doing here. This is one of the best workout guides I’ve ever come across. Thanks and happy holidays!

  • Mary Liz

    Hi Zuzana!

I have to disagree about the saggy breasts thing. When I had my son I ended up breast feeding him for a cpl years. While there were priceless advantages, BF did cause my breasts to sag after I stopped. I eventually got tired of it and did excersises for pecks. The best results I got were from lifting heavy weights. I would lift about 10 to 15 lbs heavier than any other part of my body. The results were phenominal, not bigger just more firm/better shape. I don’t know if it would work for everyone, I assume no matter what size you are, building the muscles underneath will lift the area. It did work for me :)

Have a great day… I’m going to go try this workout now.

  • Kamillzyna

There is a picture with Frederick under the ‘LIFE’ header under the ‘New Equipment’ post.

  • Pavel

    Ahoj,

    shyb podhmatem 4×10
    kliky ve stojce 4série po 20 – 4×20
    kliky běžné 4×40 – 2×40 na široko
    1×40 ruce na šířku ramen
1×40 rukce cca 25cm od sebe
    (následují cviky na ruce- nerozepisuji)
u všech cviků dávám odpočinek 30-60s

    ÚT-ČT-SO
břicho (nově): kombinuji tvé cviky viz Intense Challenge Workout, Abs Core Cardio Workout….
výsledkem je asi 400 sed-lehů a následně píšu nohama abecedu A-Ž – mimo to, tyto dny doplňuji i běháním, plaváním a švihadlem

    NE
    volno

    S pozdravem Pavel

  • Jen

This workout is so kickass! I love that these workouts are ‘no equipment needed.’

I’m a single mom of 3, going to school full time. I don’t have the money to buy equipment or gym memberships. But I really wanted that GymBoss timer when I watched your interval workout. So I participated in your ‘contest’ (‘lottery’ whatever you wanna call it). Anyway, I wasn’t among those who got one. So I started participating in this paid survey website where you can get a check in the mail or immediate cash credit on Amazon. So I completed some surveys, got enough cash, and bought my GymBoss timer. Yay me!

It just goes to show you that with enough determination, you can totally do anything. I’m so stoked to use my new timer.

  • Dan

    Ahoj Zuzko,

    S přáním hezkého dne
    Dan

  • Melanush

    Hi Zuzana,

Did you develop your awesome shoulders doing your “Daily Workout” style workouts? Or these workouts help you maintain them? I’m asking this to know whether or not to add some weight lifting to maintain mine. I stopped going to the gym 10 days ago and started doing your routines at home. I can feel the work on most muscle groups but I am not sure if the shoulders are being engaged enough to get stronger or even be maintained. I wouldn’t like to lose them!

I think I expect to hear “Keep doing the Daily Workouts and you will have shoulders like mine!” ;)

    Thank you.

  • Sandra

Thanks so much for the great workouts! This may sound like a dumb question but how do we count the reps? For example, when doing the jump squat is rep 1 counted after you have done both the left and right side or just 1 side?

  • http://www.fit.pl/fitness-instruktorzy/dolnoslaskie/golebiowska_marta,152.html Marta

    Hi,
i had sciatica, it was a little drama for me cause i’m a fitness instructor and i couldn’t work. I visited a doctor and she perscibed me pills cause i couldn’t even walk properly.
Today it’s my first training day after a week off and i’m a little scared that i’m not ready yet but i have to try.
Zuzana, recently you’re my inspiration and i admire you, you are a really strong woman:) I understand your passion. You show different, more efficient ways to do some exercises and this is what i need when i plan new exiting workouts for my clients.
    Thank you and good luck,
    M.

Loved it…as I do all of them. The abs exercise is a variation of Windshield Wiper, Can Can or Tick Tock.

  • Rachelle

    Hi Zuzana,

I doubt your describing Frederick satisfies people’s curiosity. Like I said before Frederick certainly has the right to be shy. I’m not interested in images of Fred> If he wants to be private in this matter it seems perfectly reasonable. You folks show so much of your life already people should be happy with that.

I’m more interested in knowing why he is shy and was this something that attached you? I think it’s an understatement to say you Zuzana are a fairly extroverted person. So is Fred shy? Or is this a misrepresentation of his personality?

    Hi Chris,

I guess there is something true about the attraction of opposites. I am the devil while he is the angel :) He is self confident but in a very quiet way. He doesn’t have to be showing off, being aggressive or talk to much. I am the opposite. I don’t talk too much I think, but I like to show off, and I have a terrible temper :) I think that’s why we are really good together.

    Hi Zuzana,

I can see how you were attracted to each other and I’m glade for what you two share with this little cyber-community you built.

It’s easy to feel like I know you when in fact you’re thousands of miles away and we’ve never met. But, I’ve known many different people and often find couples that are truly mated for life are in someways opposite in nature. Besides, many women seem to have tempers. I’ve had pans and even knifes thrown at me for things I’m sure didn’t truly deserve that strong of a reaction. 8-)

I don’t think you really are much of a devil…unless you left Canada before they found the body…8-) Ha ha!

On a tangent: I hope you’re not stressing out with all the new people and so many comments to deal with each day. And my guess/bet on the number of new workouts could be somewhere near 50 or 60 completely new ones.

And…you have given yourself two more names for workouts “Devil and Angle” and “Terrible Temper”…and maybe a third “Devil Girl”.

Take care, be well and Merry Christmas you two,
    –Chris

    Hey Zuzana!
Your body is totally insanly hot. Your videos is very good, you have given me many ideas, and new ways to workout. Keep up the good work! Do you have a link to where i can buy that grey and pink adidas tight you are wearing ? looks stunning :)

Thanks Chris as always :) it’s weird but I do feel that I know some of the people who are contributing on a regular basis like you, Texas Cindy, Tina, E.E., Little Bri, Yelena, and many others (sorry if I forgot someone – it would be a long list). It’s just nice to have this support. Merry Christmas :)

Hi, I just did Fierce today for the 1st time and it felt good to do it in 19-20min…with 5ld ankle weights…and 5lb dumbbells for 3 rounds of it. Loved it.

  • SG

    nice! i did 6 rounds in 23.37. I didn’t feel 4 rounds did it for me =P

I even tried to up the intensity by doing reptile push ups on the last round that killed me

  • vladimir

    zuzana,

congratulations on a excellent blog/site you have here. Watching you looking so great makes me very motivated to get lean, nicely toned, muscled etc hoping that one day soon I can meet a woman like you one day. hehe.
Keep up the good work. Those push ups you do make most people look like softies.

  • vladimir

one more thing. From the videos, you seem like a great person. I hope the man in your life makes you very happy. Happy New Year.

  • Morgan

I improved so much in the last month!

When I first did this exercise on December 5th, it took me 26:11 to complete. Today it only took me 20:09.

I haven’t quite caught up to you yet, but it shouldn’t take much longer ;-)

    Thanks again!

Your fierce body workout kicked my butt. I’m a 50 WM 6 feet tall, 190 lbs. I have about 10 lbs of body fat. Today was the first workout I have done in some time, could only do 3 reps and had to stop. I will stick with it and let people know how I’m doing. Thanks for the cool web site.

Quite happy with that actually! :)

  • Missy

WOW!!! So happy I found this site. I’m strong and in pretty good shape but I’ve been getting soooo bored with my regular gym schedule. I did Drag Me to Hell on Monday (10 rounds and then I just quit with 36 seconds left) and was so sore I considered skipping my regular boot camp class Tuesday. I went ahead and did the class – it made the rest of my muscles sore but glad I did it.

I just finished this FIERCE workout in 15:43 but maybe I didn’t do enough reps of the reptile and one-leg-hop-kick though? I did 10 reps for each side – total 20 for each set?? I was not as graceful a Zuzana but concentrated hard on keeping my form correct. Loved it! THANK YOU!!

  • Isidora

I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS! U are awesome! im 15 and i just did this one in 17 min :D!

btw at what age did u start working out like this???

  • Theodora

your image is a great motivation for me.I work out with consistency from the day i found your website! Thanks gorgeous!!

These 4 rounds took me only 12:11 to make it through….really happy ’bout it !!

  • JiJi

    Hi Zuzanna,
Today I did this workout for the first time and I have completed it in 20min53sec !! I’m so proud I though it would take me way much longer haha !! It was quite challenging though but that’s how we like it !! I’m sweating like hell haha !!
You’re such an inspiration and just seeing you working out makes me wanna work out haha !! :) But you know what I like most is that you do it with grace, it’s pleasing to see and you have such a feminine body not like those female bodybuilders mouhahaha !! :)

Well take care and have a good day !!
    xoxo

  • Florence

It took me 20 minutes. I thought the jump squats and the reptile were the most difficult exercices.

  • Keani

I did this workout today. Man, that was brutal! Unfortunately, I got too dizzy at the end and only did three rounds in 20 minutes. Tomorrow, I’m going to try it again. The reptiles and side jump leg kicks were my weakest points. But, I had a lot of fun:)
I’m only a sophomore in high school and i hope to shape my body by senior year. Your workouts are intense but I love them and your so inspirational, thank you!

  • Melissa

Hi Zuzana! I’ve been doing your workouts for a couple of weeks now, and this one is one of my favorites. As someone just getting back into working out after a long hiatus, this has been the easiest for me to modify. All of the moves are doable, I just adjust the reps to suit where I am physically. Body on Fire is another favorite, although I struggle a bit with the Dancing Crab and Pistols. : )

  • Wendy78

My old time is 24 m and today I did it in 17.46m. I would have finished sooner but I have horrible balance on my left leg for some reason. I kept tipping over during the skater. :). I love beating my old times though!

You areawesome! This website is indeed great. I genuinely wish more individuals examine this and get what youre declaring, since let me tell you, its important things. I certainly not wouldve thought regarding it by doing this unless Id run into your weblog. Thanks for placing it up. I wish you could have excellent good results.

  • RED

I feel really happy with myself. Even though my time is not as low as everyone else on here – they must be eating lots of spinach!) I have beat my last personal best by almost 8 minutes. Yay!
