		<description>I did this one yesterday, and it was great! Not so hard, but very intense, which was perfect since I was already sore from the Sexy Body Breakdown workout I did the day before. :)
Last time I did only 20 rounds, and this time I did 27 rounds plus 4 HKRaises and 4 Saquats, so almost 28 rounds.. Yey!! :D</description>
