		<description>I had done this workout before but with intervals: 18 rounds 50/10. Today i did it as a time challenge and it took me 19.47 min! i sweated alot! oh and instead of doing dive bombers i did hindu push up + pike push up + 2 knee tucks, dunno if its harder or easier than doing dive bombers, i just wanted to work my shoulders more. 

then  i did 4 min tabata high knees and skipping with my jump rope. then some stretching and finally a burpee for erin! :D</description>
